At first you check the battery power. I think the battery may be low. Then 1. In the Timekeeping Mode, press the lower left button six times to enter the Hand Setting Mode (H-S). 2. Hold down the upper left button until the current digital time starts to flash, which indicates the analog setting screen. 3. Press the lower right button to advance the analog time setting by 20 seconds. Holding down the lower right button advances the analog time setting at high speed.

After setting complete the analog time, press the upper left button to exit the setting screen.
