This is luxury and great to behold. Interestingly first came across Miele at a friend's house last Christmas at dinner. He was surprised I didn't know the brand. My friend told me Miele is a high-quality brand. A lot of our entrepreneurs are doing amazing things and creating wealth hopefully. This is SMART KITCHEN. I love the fact that she said they always create customs and make use of space.

I am so impress. The funny thing is that we talk down about Nigeria yet investors are relocating businesses to this same country with insecurities. Innovations and Artificial intelligence incorporated into kitchen and houses, great architectural groundbreaking inventions. Come back home and get your place before it’s too late. I was around Maroko that is now lekki phase one lands was going for as small as N100k nobody wanted it but people with foresight and developer took advantage and with 250M you cannot get a land now. Lovely kitchen, good for someone who lives mostly in Nigeria and for those of us who comes in once a year and spends at most 3 weeks, does it make sense to invest so much in a kitchen? This lady wowed me with her perfectly done kitchen. Kudos to you my lady ❤️

You could still invest this much, it will be home in Nigeria away from 'home' abroad. However, you could leave your property in the hands of a good management firm and have your property used as Shortlets (AirBnB). You will earn passive income from your property for all those weeks you aren't around. From the remaining 49weeks you are away for, your property may have been shortlet for about 35weeks or more, depending on the location.. Imagine say, 35weeks x 7days x 100k/Day... That's about N24M... It may be more or less, depending on the location.
