I think the nervous system regulation is the missing piece of MM. I consistently see thar people heal a lot from MM but not completely. Some even go as far as to say it doesn't work because they didnt heal completely. There is a guy who has done over 100 369 cleanses and still not healed and living the lifestyle to a t.

Hi, Yes absolutely. Gordana's story is my story. And the story of other clients I've worked with who followed MM. I've had quite a few decide to quit MM and still heal by focusing solely on their nervous system. I think for some people the specificity of MM can really tap into their perfectionism and be a major source of stress and actually quitting or shifting their focus could be the key to their recovery.

@rachelAO yes, I agree completely. I think diet can be helpful, especially if you have major inflammation, because I think that can be a trigger.

I was exposed to black mold and it made me really sick. I can now smell it a mile away. I’m wondering what types of allergies it’s made me susceptible to 😩

Hey Atok! I'm sorry to hear that. Black mold can be, like in Gordana's case, the final straw setting off allergies, sensitivities and other health conditions, because her stress bucket was full. The goal with healing is removing sources of stress. People often focus on environmental and physical stress but overlook the psychological stress - traumas, self-talk, beliefs etc.

Did she recovered on medical medium protocol along with your coaching ? Or she quit MM and just heal with your coaching ?

Hi, she was going backwards following MM because she'd ignored the impact of her mind on her body. She continued eating MM, but shifted her focus to doing mind-body with me and that's what led to her recovery.
