You literally hit the nail on the head, especially on that stress reduction part 👌. Get as far away from toxicity as you can! Its not easy but if you can, that's just going to benefit you in magical ways later down the road 🎯.

this is what I like about this channel and other athletically focused (as opposed to image) ones: these are sustainable life changes. a lot of people will give you a "perfect diet" or five quick tips but an overall change of lifestyle and long term approach will bring more sustainable results

My 18 years old son is 5'10 and weighed 162 lbs. He eats 2 boiled eggs, 5 serving of rolled oats mixed with dried cranberries/sun flower/pumpkin seed and milk; one full avocado, a banana and an orange. All of that just for breakfast @7am. He works out from 8 to 9:30am. At 9:30am, he drinks a 20oz of smoothie made from fresh Avocado, kale, banana, strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, low fat yogurt. For lunch @12pm, he has lentil soup, salad, tuna and steamed vegetable. He plays soccer and train from 1pm to 4pm. @4pm, he has another smoothie just like the one @9:30am. For dinner @6:30pm, he has tomato soup, salad, 1/2 lb of salmon, steamed vegetables, and some quiona. @9pm, he has a glass of warm goat milk. He is avoiding protein powder. When he trains, he only drinks plain water and coconut water. What do you think?

well said my guy as soon as you said stress reduction I knew I was in good hands many people over look this point when it comes to heath. Most guys just focus on the building the body part but I knew before I watched this video that mental health was holding me back greatly this is a beautiful video of well thought out info and I'm glad you guys are doing what your doing ima a former athlete I've played every sport for a minimum of 3 years plus, and not one, other than judo and wrestling mentioned the benefits of mental health, I'm older now and I know what it means to have mind clarity I'm just so happy you guys are letting others know because this info is hard to come buy because fitness fads and Chad's I love y'all great freaking job.

The easiet way to plan a 'perfect meal' (because there is no such thing as a perfect meal) is to make sure that your plate is full of different colours. This will ensure that you're consuming most of the nutrients that your body needs. And before a game you always want to consume carbs as they'll not only keep you full but also provide your body with the energy that it needs before the game. The more simple the carbs, the closer to game time you'll want to consume it.
@YourMom-iy6cv11 ай бұрын
I don’t reckon that’s true. I ate cereal before a game and I ended up with sore muscles. But when I had a peanut and chocolate bar I had more energy and better stamina and I realise it’s not the carbohydrates, it’s healthy glucose metabolism and the magnesium your body needs for muscles to work

Water as well, water plays a huge huge role in performance as well as weight loss and digestion. I have heard that being properly hydrated can ease joint pain by supporting the synovial fluid, and can sometimes be the difference between coming in first place or coming in third place.
