Rental income is NOT passive.. your going to put in work with real estate...

I also think its riskier than stocks when u include leverage atleast a bit riskier

@@Spedfree it’s definitely more of a headache (speaking from 10+ years of owning rentals/investment properties self managed). I wouldn’t describe it as passive.
