Social media makes it feel like everyone is only experiencing ups in their life and no downs. When there are downs most people don’t publicly talk about it. It makes it seem like no one has ever done any wrong and like their mental well-being is perfect. It’s so isolating. Idk if it’s just me but people don’t really reach out as much anymore.

Yes, i can relate too. I've been off for about a month, and it did wonders for me. Unfortunately, i started using it again because i am single and have no social life, so im beyond bored right now. Need to work on this asap.

Traveled to sit in the company of Eckhart Tolle and his wife Kim Eng often pre pandemic. The teaching they emanate pointed to presence and they suggested losing the devices for good part of day. When sitting do so without having to pull the phone out yet directing attention inward and feeling the life energy within as little as once a day if one’s really challenged. . Simply to access the spacious dimension and empty the mind like Buddha. Following I purchased a home in the country and surrounded my being with nature and wildlife. My own private ashram. The mind is the torture machine in the head and practicing stepping out of thought and the hive mind online via social media is wonderful presence practice. Love that you shared this content, it’s a an important one for well being and needs to be stated imho🙏🏻
