How Spain finds balance in relationship to China

Carlos Cuerpo, Spain's Minister of Economy, Commerce and Business sits own with Josh Lipsky, Director of the Atlantic Council’s GeoEconomics Center, during the IMF-World Bank Spring Meetings in Washington, DC.
On Spain’s relationship to China, Cuerpo said that much like for the EU, the key is balancing openness to trade with “not being naive.”
“China is not only a key supplier but is also a key competitor” he said.
