Can you refuse needle shots if you have fear of needles or allergic to shots how would that effect the case

Ok i get 4 sessions of injections for herniated disc pain. 4 sessions in one year. That only helped temporarily. After a year of shots. I get a percutaneous disectomy that helped me for few months and after the percutaneous disectomy i get fusion surgery L-4 L-5. Now after 2 years from the fusion surgery. Im in pain still i cant walk run or standing up for long periods of time. I can't twist or bending no more like i used to do. That accident happened back in 2019 and still not hearing nothing from my lawyers. So i lm lost n idk what to do 😢😢

Yea I had lots of epidural injectors in my back like I think 30 injections I have 11 herniated discs from a red light accident I got hit from behind in 2020 still waiting on lawyers also
