I had an SSRI and Benzo addiction...X 8- 10 years....wow....I thought i was the only one that did that.....Man, what a mess......I just considered myself lost, foggy - unable to focus....it sucked...I wonder where i would be today if not for that....

I stopped taking SSRI after 3 months. I still don’t feel healed I just want to get back to the old me but it will never come back and I’m starting to just accept that. Can’t enjoy anything, sex, can’t drink alcohol.

Eric WIllenbrock I understand that Eric. But it’s been 3 months. The first 6 months I was practically bed ridden or stuck on the couch for weeks. Withdrawal from these pills is agony. The best healer is time. I know the first year it’s like everything you used to like you have no feeling for. I should talk about that in a video. My first year off I lost all desire to do anything. Even things I loved. Withdrawal is an uncomfortable experience but now I’m two years off and I finally feel myself coming out from the fog. It’s worth it.

On my playlist I explain how I tapered off for two years before going completely free. the withdrawal was brutal and lasted two years.

@Andrew OBrien thank you. I would never cold turkey but if I don’t take my pill every five hours. I have seizures so I’m scared to even taper.
