Sir , good evening .Mai cancer patient hu .primary cancer ovarian clear cell aaya tha .treatment mai operation and 6 cycles chemo liya tha but disease recurrence 1st follow up mai hi ho gaya spleen mai .fr se operate hua aur 6 cycles chemo aur 3 Rd cycle se hi targeted therapy start ki thi jo 17 cycles hue till Feb 2023 par Feb 2023 mai hi pancreatic tail par fr se disease aa gayi Ess baar chemo liya 6 cycles jo ki oct 23 mai hue Pancreatic lesson ki size Kam nahi hui par metabolic activity 21 se 5 Suv tak aa gayi Fr mere Dr ne bola ki vo nahi sochte ki ab chemo se advantage milega so 3 months tak observation par rakha muje After 3 month pet scan mai pata chala ki pancreatic tail lesson mai metabolic activity 18 tak pahuch gayi and perirectal reason par kuch lymph nodes positive aaye aur supraclavical lump nodes mai metabolic activity detect hui Mera MSI test mai MLH1 expressed PSM 1 Expressed
