I was not aware that my knee is slightly bent everytime until my friend noticed it. At first I thought that my knee is just weak that is why it is bending. I just got used to standing with slightly bent knee. Now I know that I should correct it. Thanks for this video!

I forgot how to stand straight. I hurt my right knee and it still can’t straighten but my left knee has been hurting a little probably because I relied on it a lot more. I can’t walk right on it anymore it’s like I forgot

I used to stand with my knees bent and now when I try standing fully straight with/without tensing my knee, it still looks bent forward. I noticed it only looks straight when I lean my entire body forward. Is there any way to fix this?

Yes, Typically people need to improve stability and mobility in their anterior pelvic tilt, gain more flexibility in their calf muscles and hamstrings, and sometimes improve upper spine extension. You can use this exercise to help improve your hip hinge kzbin.info/www/bejne/p5rZeal9rr-Getk This exercise to help hip hinge asymmetrically kzbin.info/www/bejne/iafVeKmmZpx4jqc and this one as well kzbin.info/www/bejne/Y5fOmmmjfM54bJY

Wow keeping them bent because I thought making them straight was locking them out and it was bad. Probably is what's causes my legs to be killing me after work.

I have had a lumbosacral fusion and my back is straight and so my knees became like this. When I try to straighten my knees my back bends forward. Can I fix this?

Yes. Just because the sacrum and one or a more vertebra is fused the other vertebrae can change their position to a degree. Opening up rib cage function and pelvic function can really help with this.
