Guys I m doing this exercise from last 2 years... I m telling uhh the most real review.... This is really worked.... I think the person who is suffering from bow leg, knock knee, and flatfoot.... Definitely uhh all should try it but not for short time... It will take some time but the result will be in your favour

Starting on 28/05/2021 Starting button 1:10 Day 1 : ✅ Day 2 : ✅ Day 3 : ✅ Day 4 : ✅ Day 5 : ✅ Day 6 : ✅ Day 7 : ✅ First week complete! I'm getting better at those feet workouts 😅 also noticed a slight change in my legs shape and posture. Day 8 : ✅ Day 9 : ✅ Day 10 : ✅ Day 11 : ✅ Day 12 : ✅ Day 13 : ✅ Day 14 : ✅ Second week complete! 💪 Okay so at this stage I can definitely see a change. My legs used to be an XO shape but now I see well that they are straighter. Also, I noticed that my hip dips are less visible which is just perfect 😃(hope they can disappear completely with this workout routine). Thank you guys for all you support! 😍 Let's go for week 3! Day 15 : ✅ Day 16 : ✅ Day 17 : ✅ Day 18 : ✅ Day 19 : ✅ Day 20 : ✅ Day 21 : ✅ Week 3 complete 3! Didn't notice any change... Day 22 : ✅ Day 23 : ✅ Day 24 : ✅ Day 25 : ✅ Day 26 : ✅ Day 27 : ✅ Day 28 : ✅ Week 4 complete! Day 29 : ✅ Day 30 : ✅ 26/06/2021 Challenge complete! Okay so this training is effective but I would suggest doing twice after 2 weeks or increasing the time of effort (especially for the stretches that need more time to adapt) because I didn't notice big changes after 2 weeks. I didn't do it more because I already workout 3 times a week and didn't want to feel overwhelmed. Good luck to those who'll try this workout 😉

я делала эти упражнения в течение месяца, и это помогло! ноги стали ровными!! я больше не стесняюсь ходить!!! казалось бы, такая простая вещь - идти и не думать что все косятся на твои косые ноги. но у меня этого не было всю жизнь. каждый уже вставил свой комментарий по поводу моей походки. я и не верила что это можно исправить, мне сказали это теперь невозможно в моем возрасте. но я все равно делала упражнения и, боже мой, я теперь нормальная! спасибо вам огромное, даже слов не подобрать насколько я благодарна❤❤❤❤❤

I'm 14 years old and I can't speak English, but I write in English because I want to be helpful to many people. I'm using a translator, so please understand even if the words are strange... My knees and ankles are bent due to poor posture and gait. So I ended up with internally rotated O-shaped legs and flat feet. I'll try it from today until October 10th and leave a review every week. Sorry guys, I forgot to update the comment 😅 But I've been doing this exercise for a month, and it really works. bringing the O-shaped legs together little by little was effective enough to be seen with the naked eye. However, I only used it for a month, so the results weren't dramatic. But if I keep doing it, I think I'll be able to have straight legs someday! Therefore, I plan to continue doing this exercise until 2025. We will come back and leave a review again around January 2025! (I used a translator so I hope you understand even if the words are awkward...)

Day 1 : Done ✅ (15 June 2021) Day 2 : Done ✅ I had pain in the lower parts of my knee. I think it's a tough exercise. Also i continued stretching exercises. Day 3 : Done ✅ Day 4 : Done ✅ Day 5 : Done ✅ Day 6 : Done ✅ my leg muscles are more flexible than before Day 7 : Done ✅ Day 8 : Done ✅ My legs don't hurt anymore. I can do the exercise more easily. Day 9: Done ✅ Day 10: Done✅ Day 11: Done ✅ 💯 my right knee was inwards. Omg it looks fine now like fixed. You should do this exercise definitely. 🙏🏻👊🏻 (Arkadaşlar eğer Türkler varsa ve bunu okuyorsa kesinlikle denemelisiniz. İçe doğru dönük olan sağ diz kapağımın duruşu düzeldi. İlk birkaç gün hareketler zor geliyor geceleri uyurken dizleriniz, bacaklarınız ağrıyor ama zamanla hareketlere alışıyorsunuz. 11.günde fark belli oluyor gerçekten. Umarım sizde de işe yarar. Guys I'm 14 years old and I've been doing this workout for a while now ... doctors said i needed surgery but thanks to this video it changed...I have x knees the distance was about 22 cm and now it's around 14 cm thank you so much I also recommend emi wong's 21 days long legs streach ...if any of ya'll are interested then you can add that video to your routine it'll help strighten your legs too

@@jianokこの動画だけですが、朝晩続けていました。 それと、あすけんというアプリで栄養管理をしてバランス良く食べる事も意識しました。 立ち仕事なので、ハムストリングカールはこっそりやっていましたよ。 意識を変える事って大切ですね😊

Don't check results immediately after exercises, it comes back a little after some hours. I do exercises at night and I have less than 1 sm gap, but in the morning it is same old 1.1. Do the one in 10:45 , while sitting, it helps. Buuut: It helps with posture It increases flexibility It reduces the gap between your ankles twice in short time It helps with knee rotation And also Stop helping after some time Doesn't help with small gap If you had a gap, you will have a gap, just smaller, so in the end it worth exercising Ps I don't know whether it is permanent or not, remind me after some time to update 🤞🏻 Jan 8/ 2024 - feeling good, still good, it goes back a little bit, but better than it was before. For those who don't believe, after 5 months my legs are almost straight, I think it's 80%. The reason why it took me 5 months is because I'm lazy, but if you work hard, I think 1 or 2 months will be done.

This is an honest review from me. After practicing the above movements for about 2 months, I feel that it has improved a bit so I feel very happy about it. I've been doing this for almost 3 weeks guys and I rlly do see amazing results. I didn't measure the distance between my ankles but there is srsly such a difference and I'm so happy. Gonna keep doing this for up to 2 months and I'll check back in (so 5 more weeks) like to give me notifications ❤

It really works guys!! I do this like 1-2 times a week and on and off for a year now. Easiest exercises out there. The changes are not very noticeable and it's a slow process but it did really help to make my legs look more straight and prettier!! Also, if you had X legs, work on the arch of your feet which will strengthen your knees and ankles.

ME EMOCIONA MUCHO HABER ENCONTRADO ESTE VIDEOO 😊 Me siento muy identificada por que yo también tengo piernas arqueadas, pie plano y rotación interna de rodilla. lo que me encanta de este video en específico (ya que si hay videos de ejercicios para piernas arqueadas) pero a diferencia de otros la chica explica para que sirve cada ejercicio lo cual es muy muy útil. descubrí que tenía esto por que note que algo andaba mal y fui con un ortopedista. llevo un tratamiento en el que debo de usar plantillas en mis zapatos, usar tenis de suela plana y hacer yoga. Muchos de los ejercicios que se hacen aquí los he platicado en rutinas de yoga así que les recomiendo practicar. Todo esto que he hecho me ha ayudado mucho para que mis piernas sean rectas sin embargo todavía no lo están del todo. parece que este video fue hecho especialmente para mi 😂😂 gracias por dedicarte a hacer este video! me consola que no soy la única que pasa por esto ❤ hare los ejercicios lo más diariamente que pueda y si noto resultados volveré para comentar como fue mi experencia.

Всем привет! Мне 37 лет. На женских форумах нашла девчонок с такой же проблемой, они выкладывали видео, как исправить кривые ноги и результаты. Через год из очень кривых получались ровные ножки. Но!! Для этого нужно делать упражнения каждый день, выполнять всё грамотно, а не лишь бы как. Я занимаюсь месяц (др упражнения). Между голенями расстояние было 6,2 см, сейчас 5,5 см. Между коленками, где должны соприкасаться, было 1,5 см, сейчас 0,5 - они почти соединились!! Хочу добавить еще эти упражнения для большего эффекта. Так что, поверьте, исправить ноги можно, но для этого нужно очень много работать и стараться не пропускать. Понимаю, что быстрого эффекта не будет, нужен минимум год или два, но я готова, т.к. результат уже есть.

Mình duy trì tập bài hiit 8 phút, bài cho cơ bụng dưới và gần đây là bài 8 phút khiêu vũ giảm cân cơ, 3 bài đó mình thấy có hiệu quả trộm vía, vẫn ăn uống bt mà người có sụt cân đi. Tập luyện khiến người thấy khoẻ nữa. Tại mình focus vào bụng với người, lại lười chỉ muốn tập 1 bài nên mặc dù chân bị vòng với bắp chân như kia nhưng lại ko theo bài này chăm chỉ :((

Progress Day 1: ✅ Leg joints felt weird Day 2: ✅ One of the knees felt painful Day 3: ✅ Discomfort was there but felt better . .(Sprained my ankle from accident) . Week 3- Post recovery : I tried to do at least a few light movements of the video from time to time. And tried to walk consciously. My flat feet (right side only) started to be more aligned now, less painful from the workout. Even the right knee and pelvic feels odd from the new correct alignment yet having more strength. I'll keep the workout going, will update again after a few weeks.

I also got unexpected results from this exercise! This exercise doesn't only fix my bowed legs but also fix my toe position. My toes were pointed outward (they slightly bent toward the little toes) and never expected that there will be a solution to this. After a week of exercise, I noticed the differences. My toes become more straight, pointing to the front!

U know April is amazing and I was doing her abs workout and they really worked. I swear. My weight was : 47 but after doing her abs workout and as she told avoid greasy and sweet sugary food. In just 2 months my weight was : 44.4. Thank you so much April.

‼️DAILY UPDATES‼️ Wow. I don’t wanna be dramatic but I started to see results on the second day of completing this workout. I’m really happy with myself and that I was able to find this amazing video! Day 1: ✅ 2.26.22 Day 2: ✅ 2.27.22 (legs were tired and sore the entire school day the day after day 2) Day 3: ❌ 2.28.22 Day 4: ✅ 3.1.22 (Going off strong, it’s easier than day 1 when it came to the toe touch but I recommend doing a stretch or two before starting the workout or at least before the toe touch exercise comes up) Day: 5 (tomorrow)

I will start doing these exercises I am tired of people seeing me the way I walk I am not a alien It feels so bad Now I don't even have confidence to walk in public Once I participated in a race and people were laughing at me because of the way I was running After that day i never do running And now because of full the job As a graphic designer my postures are getting worse day by day It's so annoying I will get back in shape definitely!!!!!

Bu egzersizleri yapmaya başladım ve 30 gün boyunca her gün gelip burayı dolduracağım 1. Gün✅ Egzersizler kaslarımı aşırı ağrıttı ama kaslarımda bir güçlenme hissettim. 2. Gün✅ Egzersizleri daha kolay yaptım ve dizlerimde düzelme hissediyorum. (dışardan belli olmasa da) 3. Gün✅ Kaslarımın daha da güçlendiğini hissediyorum. Ve adımlarım biraz olsun düzelmeye başladı. (dizlerimde ki düzelme hissi giderek artıyor, görsel olarak bir değişiklik yok) 4. Gün✅ Kaslarım daha az ağrıyor. Yavaş yavaş daha dik yürümeye başladım. 5. Gün✅ Kaslarım artık ağrımıyor. Ve bacaklarımı daha güçlü hissediyorum. 6. Gün✅ Egzersizleri çok kolay bir şekilde yapıyorum. Yürümem daha da düzeldi ve dik yürüyorum. 7. Gün✅ Bacaklarımda görsel olarak değişiklikler var. Bacaklarım ve basenlerim incelmiş ve biraz daha düzgünleşmiş. 8. Gün✅ Bugün pek bir değişiklik yok. 9. Gün✅ Bugün de bir değişiklik yok. 10. So update I haven't tried it yet, ill be doing it seriously tommorow I have loads of goals to achieve and I want to do them one by one since im almost done losing fat im doing this next ill update it week by week

@@LordCommanden17 Здравствуйте, выполняла эти упражнения совместно с этими видео kzbin.info/www/bejne/roTElHefgdWmsLc kzbin.info/www/bejne/Z6mnf36Ifdiohqc в течение двух недель, результат был, но именно за счёт уменьшения икр, их растяжки и в целом уменьшения нагрузки на ноги (каблуки, тяжёлая обувь, бег, езда на велосипеде, сидение нога на ногу и прочее). Сейчас икры снова "забиваются" от бега и велосипеда, но объем не возвращается (минус 0,5 см был результат). Сами кости, думаю, не выпрямятся от упражнений... Все равно попробуйте выполнять эти упражнения хотя бы десять дней, а там уже сами решите, есть ли от этого толк. Главное выполнять все спокойно и следить за правильным дыханием. 😊

I've been doing this for 3 months just every 3-4 days but i can already see the results. My right knee used to turn inward but now it's getting forward. Although my knee hasn't really straight but this exercise definitely worth to try. And one thing that i noticed, i had a habit of w-sitting and i stopped doing that because it literally make every exercise i do become useless

Очень важные упражнения для мышц, которые играют огромную роль в ходьбе, приседании во время работ,после длительного сидения ,от чего меняется структура мышц и наступает дистрофия.это страшно, тк. в таком случае всех ждёт впереди обездвиженность- невыносимая боль и коляска . Замечательные упражнения, воостанавливающие функцию мышц и их кровообращение. Браво!

Здравствуйте! Не могли бы Вы мне объяснить про последнее упражнение? Не очень поняла, что именно надо делать подушечками пальцев ног 🥺

@@GulnaraSalvi, не подушечками пальцев, а делаешь движение как будто подушечкой стопы (вернее носочка) двигаешь предмет под стопой, например платочек. Надеюсь хоть немножко внесла ясность😉
