@@ryanschweinsburg296 Ah, the first one definitely makes sense, but if the second, then again, he deserved to lose that battle! You could maybe say that he’s bad because protocol doesn’t need extra workers to build things and can do whatever they want early on, but that might be a stretch

No. It’s more of a habit now than anything else. In the early stages of the game people thought by spamming right click, units with little animation times such as workers attacked faster. In reality and math, it does nothing.

well this isn't starcraft 2, units don't move smoothly all the time, there's always a probability your unit will just stop or auto pathing will screw it up, you do have to constantly attack the unit to ensure the unit does exactly what you want it to in that situation.

@@gogwithtempest1219 yeah that applies to units moving and you’re chasing. But you don’t even spam right click when trying to do moving shots either. Also there’s literally 2 workers standing and fighting. It ain’t going to bug out and stop fighting.

@@leeva93 not everyone is going to sit there and battle. you spam click to make sure if they run away you can still attack them efficiently. if you watch again, the scv stutter steps so you're assuming the scv is not going to move anymore, then you would be right.
