What helped Steve Reeves get big fast is what he explained PARTLY in his book, but more in a LIVE interview. He said from the age of 16, he was able to put on 30 pounds of muscle BECAUSE OF HORMONE LEVELS AS A TEENAGER. He also admitted, that it took him ANOTHER WHOLE YEAR, to go from 193 to 203. Keeping in mind, he was still at the age of an early 20 yr old where his HORMONE LEVELS are STILL HIGH.

Carnivore diet or zero carbs, or do what I do and water fast for 2 day, eat one day, then fast. Fasting maintains muscle.

Like all the silver era guys did. Do high volume workouts. Eat less than you normally would. Don’t cut anything like carbs or fat out. You don’t need to these guys don’t cut out carbs or fat. Do cardio like jogging, swimming ir cycling 3-4 times a week

Hi daniel so measure measurements like these deal with proportion and not symmetry e.g neck=bicep=calves, waist=43 percent of height, shoulders=waist times 1.618.
