I run a podcast, and it's been going since Jan, and it's been a slog getting it to grow. It's been much more difficult than I thought it would have been. I have another account with 90k followers in a different niche, and I have a good understanding of how KZbin works. I have been posting endless shorts in the hope of getting found, I think at the end of the year I will look at my most popular shorts and follow your tip on recording the hook at the start again and uploading them. I could see that working really well, 100 per cent. Thanks for the tip!

Great video, but I have to disagree! In my opinion, the reason behind DOAC's growth is his masterful KZbin packaging and intros. I tested this with my client - we stopped creating and posting any short-form content and focused solely on making better thumbnails and titles (no intros yet). The podcast tripled its views and revenue in just one month, reaching around 400k views!:)

Hey man quick suggestion. This was a great video but I think you could work on making the title/thumbnail more congruent with the content. The reason I say this is because I thought this video was a full deep dive into Steven specifically and not necessarily as in depth of an overview of teaching stuff to people. Not to say the video wasn’t great, it just doesn’t match the impression you gave off in the thumbnail/title, so I think your video could find ur ILP better if u made the packaging of ur video more congruent with the content. Example could be making the title “The 5-step podcaster playbook Steven Bartlett used to make $25M”. Just a suggestion, great video overall

We have a pretty good camera that shoots 4K but the battery dies after 20-30 minutes, right as we are getting in the groove. Are there cameras that don’t do this? I’ve yet to find any that are even kind of reasonably priced. And what lighting do you suggest? Is any of what you are using natural lighting? Sorry, so many questions. I would love a full video on your recommendation if that’s something you think would fit with your other content.

My advice to everyone is this : if you want to grow big this year especially in your finances. Be willing to make investments. Saving is great but investing puts you on a pedestal where you wouldnt have to worry about savings as you do now.
