My opinion that brings on major stress would be the 3 biggest stressful situations to be in; #1 is the death of a loved one. #2 Financially to be able to pay our bills and have a roof over our heads. #3 Eating and drinking an unhealthy diet.

I would add one - being lonely. Even though we might feel good with ourselves only, our body an mind will seek for another person. I don't mean friends - but rather deeper relationship. Without it, we can feel tired and stressed to find someone urgently. That was and partially still is my case.

Very timely. My dental hygenist recommended a blood test due to bleeding gums when she cleaned my teeth - it wasn't gum disease. She asked if I was stressed and mentioned Vit D difficiency and Cortesol. Have yet to have the blood test. The dizziness when standing up quickly is something I also experience - although I don't faint. I excerise 2-3 times a week and have a 7-8 hours sleep a night (i use Fitbit). Anwyay a great video and I will action the recommendations.

What about vitamin C deficiency? More stress puts a demand on vitamin C levels. Low C causes scurvy type symptoms, which manifests in one aspect as gums that bleed

Hey there, not 100% sure if this is going to help you but, it's worth a try. Why don't you do some research on Jordan Peterson's daughter very serious struggle with autoimmune disease and her success in getting back to normal life after starting carnivore diet. I don't have autoimmune disease but tried the diet for a couple month and it improved my overall health and metabolism significantly. Good luck!

I agree that it is critical to eat a high quality whole food diet, instead of junk calories, when under stress. The problem is that once one is under stress it is basically impossible to make that choice. We have to get that in place first, then when stress comes it is possible to weather the storm.

Chronic stress burns your adrenals. The most critical nutrients that are depleted from chronic stress are : 1. Vitamin B6 2. Vitamin B5 3. Vitamin B3 4. Vitamin C 5. Zinc 6. Magnesium 7. EAAs 8. Vit D Stress also breaks down your Collagen and Elastin stores and you'll also end up depleting your Glycine stores.
