Killer Croc is an amazing character and Batman villain IMO. He is vicious and savage as hell. My first exposure to this character was through the first issue of the Batman: Hush story arc in which he beats the crap out of Batman with a briefcase. IMO, he would also make an excellent Spider-Man (Peter Parker) villain.

Great video and explanation. In tgose hypothetical swap ups between Batman and Spiderman villains, Killer Croc could actually stand up to Spiderman in a melee combat. Please, do He-Man and see if he's as strong as the big superheroes like Superman or Hulk.
