Uvogin's Big Bang Impact is a nen ability like Jajanken, Ripper Cyclotron etc. And his condition is that he only use it with right hand and only a straight punch. Plus its KO and not GYO so additional risk.

I think the conditions for Steal Chain are Kurapika has to either be told about someone’s Nen ability or see it. Using Emperor Time lets him bypass these conditions and steal it regardless.

Actually , he's a really self aware about that he played stupid when leorio picks on him he said what's that supposed too mean ya OK that's why you dressed as a women in the yorknew arc you think he doesn't know what he looks like even chrollo had too say something about it I'm pretty sure togashi wanted him Female but Shonen jump said make him a guy so togashi was like ok watch this same thing with kurama from yyh but he has a really deep voice in the anime and trust me togashi knows and maybe hand picks the dub and sub voice actors if not he's probably heard about it by now
