wukong is wild in mythology as are many gods that are said to be omnipotent. When you start scaling omnipotence logic starts breaking down. like someone who is omnipotent they can create an immoveable object and move that object because they can transcend logic as well. They can do anything since omnipotence means 'all ability' when translated literally or can do everything and anything even things that cannot be. if there is a logical conundrum that implies something cannot be done like both being unable to create something that cannot be moved or moving something that cannot be moved both must be true because they can do any and everything. Omnipotent characters aren't even fun to scale because they can break logic the fun part of scaling is the logical reasoning and characters who are not bound by logic kind of defeat the point.

Wukong and Buddha aren’t omnipotent in the same way judeo-christian god is but they kind of are still out of logic with some of the things that they do. where what happens as a result of their action is a contradiction but isn’t because they did it. It just kind of breaks down at a certain point when you get into this realm of power scaling. some people enjoy debating and discussing these concepts but it just derives further and further until it ends up just being it’s own spiral. I don’t want to dismiss it because there are discussions to be had i just don’t enjoy it much personally.

One thing I'd like to say is that Infinite strength isn't as big of a outrageous feat as many people believe it to be (or atleast in powerscaling) The infinite strength feat is at best (without dimensionality context I believe) High Universal This would just mean that Saitama can 1 shot anyone he wants in a 3D scale and not anyone he want or he can use as much strength as he wants to use Which would also explain why he is able to defeat almost all of his opponents in a single hit with cosmic garou as an exception and that too was because he copied the guy with infinite strength

However all the yoguia and gods Wukong fights are stronger than anyone in one punch man. Basically we have no clue what saitama has as actual limits. But his main stick is that he has an exponential growth to any opponent that he is facing. Y’all are severely underestimating Saitama, and lack an understanding of his character & the entire concept of his story as a whole. People reduce Saitama to just “super strong and super fast” but his power is WAY more complicated than that. He isn’t a Dragon Ball character. I think most people who say “Saitama is only star level or this level or that level” have never watched the show or even payed attention to it if they did. This is gonna be TLDR AF but please let me explain 1. Saitama comes from a universe where people, or creatures in general, can become so obsessed with something, that they literally become that thing or the embodiment of that thing I.E. “Monsters”. This is literally explained in the first episode. 2. The authors One and Murata literally give us hints throughout the story about the type of being Saitama is; characters like Metal Bat, Tank Top Master, Watchdogman, and Puri Puri Prisoner are all hinted at as not being normal humans, but possibly “monsterized” people with different biologies but still in human or semi-human looking forms. The key factor here is obsession/determination A. Metal Bat is so obsessed and determined to win the battle, that through injury, his body gets stronger and faster. B. Tank Top Master is so obsessed and determined with the idea that his Tank Tops give him extra power, that he literally does get extra power from the “tightness” of his tank tops on his muscles C. Watchdogman, you get the idea, I doubt I have to explain further. 3. This gets me to the crux of my argument. As I mentioned before, Saitama isn’t just “super strong and super fast” You can’t just limit and compare his power to that of other fictional characters like Superman and Goku because his verse operates on a different form of power and complication. Saitama doesn’t just get his power because he did 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats, and a 10 km run every single day for 3 years. He got his power, strength, speed, and everything else that comes along with it, because he became so obsessed with becoming stronger or “the strongest” that he monsterized to ALWAYS be the strongest. Even in his season 1 OP theme song, the last line is “I WANT TO BE THE STRONGEST HERO!!!” This explains why he can do shit like breaking Phoenix Man’s mind illusions on another character “Child Emperor”, kicking inter dimensional portals away or stopping 4D+ attacks like grabbing Empty Voids swords from another dimension. Saitama isn’t just strong and fast, his power is that he’s FASTER, STRONGER, and more POWERFUL that literally anybody that fights him. Even Garou said about him in the webcomic “it’s as if he’s made up of the worlds unfairness, as if he’s the personification of justice” A man was so obsessed with crabs he became a crab monster A man was so obsessed with cars he became a walking and talking car monster And then there’s Saitama, who was so obsessed with strength, and victory, and becoming better every day, that he became - The STRENGTH monster - The POWER monster - The VICTORY monster - The UNDEFEATABLE HERO monster - The UNFAIRNESS Monster That’s Saitamas true power and what his character is. I’ll take him over Goku, Superman, or Sun Wukong and a LOT of fictional characters any day of the week.
