And that is that not only the Madder Hulk gets the Stronger he gets; but also, the Longer he’s in an enraged state the more powerful he becomes. The living tribunal was created by the one above all to handle all threats to the multiverse, the living tribunal has shown up to stop thanos with the infinity gauntlet and took it from him with just a thought. Dr Strange amped up on strength enhancing spells was terrible writing more for catering to the Hulk storyline then really showing what Dr Strange is actually good at . Simply enchanting the Hulk with a happy spell , and the Hulk mentally fighting it on some sort of magical plane of mental existence would have been more in line with what Dr Strange does.

World Breaker Hulk is basically Hulk's Super Saiyan form IMO. As for Green Scar/World War Hulk, he is a beast. Other than Maestro Hulk and Devil/Immortal Hulk, the Green Scar/World War Hulk is possibly the most powerful incarnation/iteration of the Hulk we've seen in mainstream continuity.

It kinda seems that they did something with this Hulk that was similar to what they did with Professor Hulk. At first, Prof. Hulk was understood to be a combination of Banner, Gray Hulk and Baby(“savage”) Hulk. Later, they decided that Prof. Hulk is actually a whole, separate personality. This Hulk was not just the “Gravage Hulk”, which is a term coined by fans to describe a Hulk that’s a ombination of Gray Hulk and Savage Hulk. They use that term to basically describe Hulk whenever he can speak a little better. True enough we can see both the personalities of Savage and Gray Hulk in the Planet/ WW Hulk series, AT TIMES, but there’s MORE. Recall when reading the comics that were working up to Planet Hulk that they had the Hulk sent in to diffuse a bomb. Gray Hulk is not on that level and neither is Savage Hulk when it comes to intelligence. Banner is a part of the equation for this Hulk. That’s one clue. The other clue is that throughout the entirety of the Planet/ WW Hulk series, Banner was FULLY AWARE of everything that was happening. But even more than that, he was in agreement with it and actively working together with the Hulk(s). There are several examples of this fact throughout both series. In fact, sometimes I question how much Savage Hulk was a part of it because if we recall the first time that Skaar met Savage Hulk and tried to remind him of his time on the planet Sakaar, Savage Hulk had no memory of it or of Korg or any of his “warbound” allies. In a flash of a moment, he seemed to vaguely recall Caeira, but then he went blank again. I haven’t seen Gray Hulk since that series in order to see if he’s aware. The only personality that we know for sure is FULLY AWARE of everyone and everything involved in the Planet/ WW Hulk series is Banner. And if we care to remember, there was a running theme throughout the series about whether Hulk is Banner or is Banner the Hulk i.e. what personality was in charge. This Hulk was EXTREMELY calculating. Moreoever, in the latest run i.e. The Immortal Hulk, Banner acknowledged both the Prof. Hulk and the “Green Scar” as whole, separate personalities who are dormant at this time.

If I were to write Hulk after Cates, what I would do is have Banner merge with ALL of his Hulk personalities and become the most powerful version of Hulk. Just imagine Banner fusing Green Scar, Devil Hulk, Joe Fixit, Savage Hulk, Doc Green, Professor Hulk, Kluh and Titan. That would be the most OP version of Hulk. What should that version be called? Not Merged Hulk cus that's Professor Hulk's other name. The God Of Destruction Hulk. There we go. The smartest, the fastest, definitely the strongest and most powerful Hulk ever.

Maybe like white silver type skin with glowing gold eyes and veins and dark silver hair and eyebrows. 13 feet tall, massive massive massive muscles, strong enough to shatter planets and universes with literal ease. Learns how to control his power and his emotions. He's the smartest version of Hulk and is 10x smarter than Professor Hulk, Doc Green and Bruce Banner combined. And is the strongest version of Hulk. 900x stronger than Titan, Green Scar and Devil Hulk combined. You know just make him just incredibly overpowered. And just make him the Marvel universe version of One Punch Man (but way more extreme). You know just over the top stuff lol.

FINALLY, I have been waiting for someone else to say this.. I completely agree 100% and I know there's even more World Breaker Hulk can unleash. here's something I've been thinking of since the Immortal Hulk Absolute CARNAGE run… Now this is purely Hypothetical but since we now know that it's been possible for multiple Hulk personas to interact and even work together on some fusion type stuff, What if Every Hulk personality merged as one with all the abilities stacked on top each other? How powerful do you think this hulk would be? What also made me think of this is remember back in CIVIL WAR II where Miles has a vision of the Hulk mascaraing all the heroes and the way that hulk looked was as if he was some form of merged World Breaker Hulk. Kind of hoping that we get to see this form of hulk at some point possibly during Immortal Hulk run, what do you think?

Ya thing is during World War Hulk his healing Factor was overloaded but that only shut it down for like what 20 30 minutes? Same thing that happens when Wolverine's healing Factor gets overloaded it shuts down for a few minutes and refreshes itself. Deathbattle they see things on the surface but they don't really pay attention to what actually happens. And their current version Lex Luthor vs. Dr. Doom? Ninety-nine percent of the time Doctor Doom is going to win . Lex Luthor has a few God modes that might go toe-to-toe with Doctor Doom but he doesn't have access to them at the drop of a hat like we he absorbed the power of the embodiment of The Phantom Zone or when he took darkseid's Omega power After Darkseid died. He may be smart enough to allow himself to recapture the power so they like how he was temporarily merged with Brainiac but that doesn't mean that just reclaiming the power will allow him to overpower Doctor Doom.

The fact Is that Energy can be concentrated or expanded, in dragon ball for example vegeta can blast planets even with 12K level ( super Saiyan Is way over five millions ) BUT when they fight, they doesn't mess up a Planet, because they concentrate the Power in a very dense way. I have to say characters like the Silver Surfer is far above solar system to galaxy level.Even before Galactus gave SS a power upgrade he was above galaxy tier as weaker heralds like the Firelord is galaxy tier.I would place SS by feats from high universal to low multiversal as a weaker Eric Matterson Thor scales to universal.. Also Green Scar Hulk beat Dr.Strange who was amped by Zom and he still lost to Hulk,that same Dr.Strange is far above high universal.And Sentry is also easily far above Hyperion,Gladiator,Blue Marvel, Superman,Doomsday or Martian Manhunter.
