Yeah, the first time was agianst Bebi, and it was Ssj Gohan, Trunks and Goten along with Pan standing around Goku increasing his power he lost from fighting Giant Bebi. The second was against Omega when Goku was blinded Gohan, Goten and Trunks were the only ones there with Uub guarding them. Realistically, a GT Jiren would be stronger than a DBS Jiren (accounting for training time). Probably should have considered that, but still, Jiren wouldn't have trained as much overall as Goku and Vegeta would have with Whis in the 'Super GT' scenario even more than the DBS versions of them would have. Becasue of this, how Broku explained it would make more sense. SSJ God Goku would still be able to be close to him, like he said. SSJ Blue Goku would be stronger than him, but it wouldn't be a slaughter. Would he still need Ultra Instinct? After what I saw in Super recently, I could say it's a big possibility. I always assumed that super saiyan 4 was a 200,000xs multiplier from base because I thought that when Goku became super saiyan 4 that the 10xs multiplier for the Ozaru and the 50xs multiplier from super saiyan combined, so that when he achieved super saiyan 4 it became a 500xs multiplier from super saiyan 3. Let's just say this. Baby saga Base Goku is millions of times stronger than Buu saga Goku. SD saga Base Goku is millions of times greater than his Baby saga counterpart. That means that SD saga Goku going SSJG would be Trillions of times stronger than SSJG BOG Goku. Honestly, it's not about numbers with Ultra Instinct. It's about a mental mastery and sense of self. It's basically having the reaction time of Flash at his best or something similar. Goku has just trained that mindset and instincts over raw power. It's just weird to hear "Oh this is stronger than this" when it's not about the numbers... not as much as the reaction speed.

I still say God Ki is an exponent. That would explain mathematically how it would work alongside base and transformations as well as the sheer change in power level that it is attained even if it was just ^2. SSG would be Base^2 SSB would be (Base*50)^2 SSBK20 would be [(Base*50)*20]^2 or [(Base*50)^2)]*20 Which would show easily the power jump between ss3 and SSG. And as long as the exponent is small to moderate it could still be attainable easily in 10 years of training hence GT.
