You can… The only and best option on how to protect yourself from flashbangs is simply not to look at it. Just look away if you see a stun grenade flying towards your POV or hear a wall ricochet sound. There is no need to make a 180-degree turn; angling sideways is enough: it will significantly reduce flashbang's effects

In airsoft we use taggins, basically a less powerful flashbang. In one event i did we could use them indoors and they work! Especially when you know there will be a minimum of 2 more following the first one. Shit goes really bright, then really dark
