“Starting in 2020 during Covid, supply chain is everywhere. You can see it and hear it every day on the news. Toilet paper shortages due to supply chain, you are getting your packages late because of supply chain, grocery prices go up because of supply chain, you can’t get your soda because of supply chain. This helped me realize that it doesn’t matter to explain what supply chain is. The focus should be on the impact of supply chain in the eyes of the customer, in the eyes of each of us.” - Marcia Williams
Marcias talk will address the resurgence of the supply chain during COVID and the massive impact that supply chain has on the world and on each of us.
