That's about to change, says supply chain innovator Markus Mutz. He shares how he used blockchain technology to track Patagonian toothfish on their journey from ocean to dinner plate -- and proved it's possible to offer consumers a product they can trust.

Buy local and be okay with it not to have everything all the time, buy food according to their season ....it is a problem not to know how the goods are getting transported. Is it an olt truck or maybe even an electric truck? This is also an important part of sustainable SCM

Great idea, however the corporation with the bigger money pot can manipulate the algorithm in favor of their products, and compromise the integrity of information accorded to consumers, by paying the owners of the technology. Beautiful concept nonetheless, all the very best.
