Any manufactuting in Phoenix/Tempe? Do they need aluminum? The US only produces a tiny fraction of the aluminum that it needs. It takes a lot of cheap hydroelectricity to make aluminum, so it won't ever be made in Arizona. You need Canadian aluminum and now it costs you 25% more, payable to Uncle Sam. No effect on Canada because you need it at any price.
