Ralph Lauren is on a different level when it comes to clothing in the Olympics. When the Athletes walk out in the Opening Ceremony they're like having a fashion show.
@MontKEE35 ай бұрын
Wish the Polo logo wasn't so prominently displayed on the jackets - looks like a walking advertisement. The style reminds me of preppy style from the early 80's. I think they need something a bit more current. RL should hire Jamal!

Love team USA, I support them. But Ralph Lauren's uniforms are really bland and old school. There are plenty of more modern American designers who I'd think would do a much better job - Tom Ford, Calvin Klein, Vera Wang, Rick Owens, Telfar Clemens, Yoon Ahn, Marc Jacobs...

@rick-yo5 ай бұрын
Not a fan. No one in professional sports wears RL, because they’re not known for sports wear. It shows because all of this looks retro (aka old fashioned) from the 80s. Sportswear has evolved so much since then. Let Nike show the world how “competitive” US athletes truly are!

@mcozy34665 ай бұрын
You're being kind. These outifts are absolutely awful and the rest of the internet agrees on this point. RL is great for a certain demographic (country club older), but not when you actually want to bring your fashion A game. He needs to retire and pass the torch to Thom Browne. Just because it's been "tradition" that he's gotten the contract doesn't mean it's a good idea.

Why are you crying so much people like you go on and cry at every platform and try to put shame on our national government it is true that athletes have not the absolute world class facility as of now but our government puts a lot of money more than usa actually if an athlete wins gold usa offers approx 35 k dollars and haryana govt alone gave money in crore to neeraj chopra gold medal winner or any medal winner along with central government also gave money in crores along with A category govt job for athletes usa doesn't offers any job most of the people in usa are those who fund olympic athletes why dont people like you who always cry and act in pathetic manner provide a small amount to athletes. So stop crying and making illogical arguments you pathetic ,stupid keyboard warrior
