Ten Haag should have sold Cristiano in 2022 summer. He knew Cristiano was not in his plans. Moreover he was off a nice goalscoring season so he would have naturally got at least 40-50 million of him and nice reduction in wage bill. Things got clumsy for both of them and their careers.
