How has prison changed Joe? "He's never looked better, he's hard as a rock!" Not exactly the answer anybody was looking for, especially the judge when you are going to appeal his deportation. How about something like Joe has a new found respect for law and order. He has a reverence for the United States and an appreciation for the opportunities that this country has afforded him. If the judge is gracious enough to allow him to stay in this country he plans to respect and honor the laws and do everything possible to make reparations for the crimes he has committed both financially and morally. He will work hard to become the type of person his daughter's can be proud of. If you tell the judge he has changed because he now has a rock hard body he will be back in Italy so fast his head will spin. Maybe that is what should happen if the two of you still don't get it.

I'm a little confused isn't Teresa an American citizen which means her husband should have a green card for being married to an American citizen especially however many years they've been married and if he does that means that you can still be deported even after you become an American citizen Unless his dumbass just assumed the marriage was good enough and didn't actually have to apply for the spousal green card It's completely their fault they did the tax fraud I'm not trying to say it's not I'm also not trying to make excuses for them I just don't understand exactly how he can be deported if he's married to an American citizen for years
