"Okay anyways.." Maybe it would go somewhere positive, who knows, but yeah, I doubt there would be tons of headway made there, Joe would REALLY have to understand the entire situation, break it out, and advocate for rich to really get the ball rolling on the situation, but I'm pretty sure Joe would rather talk about whatever the hell else Elon is doing in his life. I won't pretend I know Elon, but I highly doubt he knows what's going on with Rich rebuilds and Tesla. Imagine being such a simpleton that you "love" a company so much, an abstract concentration of wealth and power, that you ignore the issues with the product they are selling you. Honestly, these organizations couldn't care less about you, why would you give them an iota of love or care? People are really weird these days.

I’m not sure. If you take Apple and Tesla as a good example, they’re obsessive about the ecosystem and having control over the whole customer experience. They may miss the mark but these very closed customer experience products do overall attract a certain type of customer, loyalty, reward etc. To argue that you can’t do x or y is to just argue that you’re not their type of customer. I would be livid if the value of my Tesla was diminished purely on the basis of one bumper and a bonnet (for example) but then I’m also the type of person to check the availability of parts to begin with before buying something. They don’t want a segment of the market, they want the large segment that just want to pay a fixed amount for a vehicle and everything dealt with in house by the vendor.

Stockholm syndrome. People have become so addicted to corporate ideology they're merrily going about throwing their humanity under the bus for a fix. Even Chris is being extra polite, maybe out of fear/caution in all fairness... 3 months waiting for a USED car when car dealers all over the planet would deliver you a car yesterday with a free massage for the trouble. Corporate arrogance at its finest. Like banks, pharmaceutical, arms, politics. They're so confident they got everyone by the balls they don't give a f about anything anymore. This is not an isolated case. Exxon, R.J. Reynolds, Nike, Sony, AT&T. Corporations are beholden to one thing, increasing shareholder value. Because they're not.Tesla was yet another scam, one that stuck. Melon has a slew of such scams(basically 3 things worked out of 10+ others that saw others lose money), that are hushed out by fans, but that's the reality. Guy is a modern day scammer. Nothing Tesla does is new, nothing they do is original, it's all bought or blatantly copied from other companies. Which they then hit with big lawsuits if they can't defend themselves. The skateboard concept? Not theirs, done years before by a guy who publicized the concept and notion with the intention to cut costs of production and waste. He failed, obvs, because no car company wanted to play along. Ford and Chrysler share platforms? Such impure thoughts. City wide charging system? Done 100 years + ago when Ford's own wife could drive an electric vehicle and charge at any charging station in the city and more. The electric motors? Copied from Siemens, but don't let that hit the average Tesla fan in the face (in case anyone wondered why it's so easy to hack Tesla motors with Siemens tram controllers in Europe, where there's an entire hacking community dedicated to this). Car inner structure panels? Uh oh. But hey, it's all on google and easy to find for anyone who actually wants to find these things not fall for Melon's bullshit. Oh and i'll believe that scammer wants to get to Mars when he starts looking like Zubrin does and mutters Mars every day. So far, Melon's only quality is a la Trump tweets and accusing others of being pedos...uh oh, is that a picture of Ghislaine, her boss and Melon at one of those "famous" illegal sex parties? My my.
