I hear you. when folks were paying premiums for non LHR cards I was buying 3070ti and 3080ti cards. 3070ti get 80MH and the 3080ti card 120MH.

Dude lolminer dev is the man! Lolminer always has the most stability. My rule of thumb for me is if trex or another miner gives me stability issues I switch to lolminer and it’s always so solid

I did a 24hr test with two identical rigs (5x3080) running lolMiner 1.50 vs NBminer 41.3, the lolMiner reported 485.4MH/s and the NBminer reported 489MH/s. BUT lolMiner did 10,328 actual shares vs NBminer did 10,264 actual shares, that means 0.6% better than NBminer. I just changed all my rigs to lolMiner, love lolMiner that don't bullshit the reported hashrate and lower Dev fees. And you can tell in these two interviews in this channel, the way he talks etc, he is honest and friendly. THANK YOU

@Sebs FinTech Channel Nvidia for sure had something to do with the 100% LHR unlock. I'm pretty sure the sales for their GPUs were down significantly so they most likely leaked the way to unlock it. Why do you think nobody figured it out sooner? Until they released earnings and found out sales were way down.

now that they have a copy of the source code, why not work towards just un-mapping the counter all together such that re-value doesnt even need to be done and would save a small fraction of gpu clock cycle that was being used for the counter loop.

Sebs Fintech, do you know why he hasnt implemented overclocking into his lolminer software. Its one of the main things i look for in a miner is being able to put my overlcocks into the bat file.

Only question I have now, does Nvidia can patch this exploit? So that for us gamers miners on windows would need to stick with this version of miner and couldnt update our drivers for new games. Or would have to rollback each time we want to mine

I have an RTX 3080 LHR. NB & Trex miner starts off fully unlocked getting a has rate around 103mhs/ then after about 30 minutes it drops to about 47mh/s. Using 512.15 drivers on Windows, clean install. Anyone have a fix for this?

So far, lolminer's unlock has been more stable than nbminer's unlock. With nbminer, my GPU kept having an error and would drop the core frequency to 245mhz. With lolminer, I just had to change the directory and lhr settings in my mining script, then set one memory frequency and I was off to mining. I don't know why the one frequency won't set, but everything else is automatic.

I had instability problems and then reduced my OC settings to minimums and it's been running flawlessly since. But I much prefer LOL and will be switching over to it as soon as Hive fixes their site and the non-beta version is released.
