This is definitely a true test !! It’s a hard one, you have so many ups and downs. It makes you not want to get involved with anyone again. You have to adjust to the new normal . Awh it's mental,it's so so hard & everyday is a new challenge without someone,like you said everything you do or see or eat or hear awakens a memory with that person,it's exactly grieving a loss but that person is still alive in the world you just can't be with them 😢 it's the hardest thing to go through in life but in them times I have to shift my thought to the fact that if it was meant to be it would & will & my self worth & self respect is greater than any love i have for someone else as hard as it may be i choose me from now on xxx trust the universe
