I think you need to make clear if you can lift on colored hair or if you can only lift on natural hair using your high lift colors.

Thank you for your video. It makes a lot of sense. Now, I know that you can also do pre-toning to help eliminate some of the orange tones after bleaching. Do you have any thoughts on that?

really good resume of basic i will appreciate more info about reds Im looking for a nice fine red color result and last time Ive got a dark purplish color that when sun lights in it does look like the red I want more info I bought the feria from loreal R 48 please how do i make it loom like red instead of dark purple thanks

Thanks for your reply. We would suggest you go for professional color if you have a license. You will get products with better vibrancy, and you will get better control over the overall result versus using a kit color.

Hey, I got my hair bleached to dark blonde (kinda orange-golden) and I want to fix my hair to a nice shade that would suit my wheatish skin tone. It would be great if you suggest which colour shampoo to use and what colour I’m gonna get as a result. Love from India

You need to decide what color you are aiming for, we don't offer color advice per se. Also if your hair is orange-yellow no shampoo is going to tone that. You would need to either use a lifting toner such as intense pearl blonde (only Ugly Duckling has this) or use bleach once more to get rid of the orange.

I have dyed metallic blue hair color. I want to color it to pale blond. Ive seen it recommend to bleach , then tone with a purple. Is this what you'd recommend?

You have to bleach, clearly. After that you will need to tone. I can't comment on which toner you need until I see what your hair looks like after bleaching.

Orange means you have not bleached enough. Purple will not work. Bleach first, then tone.

If you only lift till level 7 you will get a lot or orange and brassiness. That will not be good. Better to lift higher.
