Put some music on too. When one door closes, another opens. Manifest and create the job you want. Be specific and write it down everything from income, hours, days you want to work etc. How far you want to travel etc. I think you needed some time to be with yourself, to innerstand yourself on a deeper level. I drove 237 miles north to the Canadian border to watch the total solar eclipse. On the way home through New York State, in bumper-to-bumper traffic for 4 1/2 hours, everyone drove with such love and light and joy. How am I just now finding you Sonya?!? THANK YOU!!! I have only watched two of your videos thus far, but everything you have said, resonates so fully in my spirit, and speaks such peace to my ego. I have been focusing way too hard on trying to figure this out, but I I’m 37 years old and I feel like my entire life struggling as a neurodiverse gifted creative masking to appease everyone around me has led up to a wild transformation that has taken place over the last 1.5 years. As soon as I decided to live in full authenticity and stop masking my divine nature for approval, I’m finding I am now an awakened human living in full spirit right now, right here, in this moment. Even more than that, I feel like my higher self is more “me” than “me” ever was. My question is… I believe I experienced a spontaneous healing after the eclipse. I woke up the next morning, completely unable to make sense of the world. I had built around me. I made a few decisions that are scary to my ego, but I felt were necessary and I was being guided towards. What is very curious, is that only by accident I found myself without my SSRI. Though I was on the highest dose and had been for four years, I knew if I didn’t take it, what the withdrawals look like, physically, mentally, etc. As this has happened many times before. However, THIS time, Two days turned into three turned into four and now on day six, I am still somehow OK, happy, and thriving. So my question for you is, can the eclipse have caused this spontaneous healing?

What a beautiful experience in salon. A couple of weeks ago I was saying the Ho'oppo during several moments.. especially with the pets. It felt uplifting.. it felt i was unloading burden. First, I'm in Florida and eclipse was not a big deal here. Everything looked the same and stayed the same. Last year I was betrayed by my best friend of decades, and my sister. So now I'm very wary, untrusting, and will never let myself get close to anyone but my husband and his side of the family. I knew it was coming with my sister because we never did get along, but didn't see it coming with my best friend who was like a sister. You honestly find out your real friends when you need them the most. Now I will never let myself be in a predicament to need anything from anyone, that's how shocking it was. As for the eclipse, I can honestly say I don't feel at all different, no more emotional than normal, and haven't observed any significant changes. My only fear is that the world is getting ready to destroy itself along with my country, and that causes great anxiety. I must learn to release things I have no control over, and keep my faith in God. Everything happens for a reason and I believe that He has control over everything. I feel that the eclipse completely bypassed me and had no effect on me, and life goes on.

I have a question . What about food? I eat very little. All healthy. Cannot eat anything not cooked w love. Wierd, but I know as soon as it is put in front of me. Or if tanted at all. I use one lemin and lime a day with water all day as my energy base. Smoothys but w only healthy. No sugars of anykind unless honey or natural. Then. No toothpaste. Back to baking soda. And well back to basics. I love it. I love me, but food is the wierd one. I feel as though I dont need it at all. Just lemon and lime water mostely. Grapefriuts and oranges are a big part. Absolutely, I completely followed my vibes and guides and took a 2-week roadtrip in mid-March to figure out if I wanted to move to/live in Arizona. Every part of that trip was magic. I met the most amazing people and of course a realtor and everything about him was synchronicity down to his name and his cat’s name. 😻 Then I came back to Oregon and thought (only for an hour or two) maybe I should wait until fall to move because of course the summers are hot. My vibes and guides showed me immediately and assertively 😅🤣 that NO. The time is NOW. It’s been an intense time 🎢 ☀️ ⛈️ 🌈 ⚡️ but after the eclipse it feels like things are flowing again and I have a feeling next week it’s all going to pick up and flow even more. Staying present and trying to shift a few bad habits and be consistent!! with my spiritual practice. I’ve been trying to be grounded and positive and open to spirit. I’m in a situation with work that is effecting me physically and mentally. My husband is amazing in helping us get through this journey. Yesterday I spent a lot of time outside with my feet on the grass/earth and watching and listening to the beautiful nature around me. When I went to bed and was on the verge of falling into deep sleep and I woke myself up because I screamed. I’m not sure why this happened. Could this be part of releasing “stuff” I need to release? Many of Gods chosen being raised up with Christ as HE comes back for HIS believers. Elder lady ready to pass. For months continued covid (2 symptoms). In 2021 & 2022 had covid and not able to leave apt. Now Jan. till now very ill but do not know what to say with being unwell each day. Hospitals have in past just sent me home and now I need a few days to check covid symptoms I now have since Jan? 😢😮. Help? Near 80.

Thank you for your support and guidance. Since the eclipse I feel at peace. I feel like all the trauma I have been having therapy for and all the heaviness I felt in my body has shifted. I have been working really hard on my self - development and spiritual growth for a long time now and that will never change. However, my meditations are becoming more intense and the vibrations and the ripples I feel in my body are so much more powerful now. My hands are feeling really hot though that’s been noticeable for the past week. My palms and fingers feel really hot like fire. I just feel like my body is aligned I am grounded and I am happy within my own skin and as a person. I said to my husband I have been guided to write a book. It just came to me during my meditation and it has me a bit curious to why…because I am not a writer and I wouldn’t know where to start. I am loving listening to you Sonia, you just totally relax me and I am so drawn to your voice. Had an experience w Earth angels recently: I wanted to walk alone but my guidance said i needed to be around people, so I listened and went on a trail walk where two women were discussing how someone’s relationship kept going in circles for 14 years…it was perfect guidance for me going thru needing a change or division in one of my relationships and they reminded me that “you can’t change someone else, you can only change your reaction to them.” It was exactly what I needed to hear to help me keep going in a more positive direction. Sometimes we get to deliver or be the message, and sometimes we have to listen.

I always say the Ho Ho prayer if I'm in a situation where I can't figure out why people react to me the way they do when we are having a general conversation. Nothing triggers me or anything like that but there are some people who make it difficult to even have a decent conversation because of how they respond. I also forgive them their karma due me and forgive myself but know I don't owe them. So this does help until to figure things out or ease what is going on until you can figure it out. Most of the time I get they owe me and don't understand they do or feel uncomfortable around me. And it works in other instances as well so most of it is having an inner dialogue with yourself in understanding what is going on with others around you that is more than frequency related.

I so feel it starting Friday after work. I have a stressful job I've kept for going on 5 years. I don't like it. It doesn't fit me. And after a really stressful couple of calls coming in I realized I truly have had enough. And the only person making me do that job is me. And the only reason is fear of being rejected when applying for something else. That was the beginning. The energy all around me has changed. I even noted that on a FB post earlier today. I can relate. I feel like the energy has been “jagged” lately. To me, it seems like emotions are running high and past things are coming up to be cleared. Ultimately I think it will be amazing and definitely worth it but not always easy that’s for sure. Seems like the more we can be in nature and using all our “self-care” practices and teachings the better. I’ve noticed when I engage in my non-healthy habits 🙃 my day is always much worse. I have another online “teacher” I love and he said many of us could be in the “eruption before expansion” phase 😌 That’s definitely what it feels like to me. Lots of love and peace for all of us. A few months ago, I was having a very frazzled day - not feeling grounded, in a hurry, was being impatient, super frustrated. After a couple errands, I entered a coffee shop & encountered an earth angel. It was only me in the shop, about to try my first rosemary latte (SO good!!!), and just something about her voice and demeanor I will simply never forget. It felt like water to my soul!! I felt soothed and calm and like everything would be fine. I thought, "Wow, what a wonderful person to exist. To have such a soothing, lovely energy. Im so glad she is part of this world." We chatted about very normal chitchat things but that was enough to completely calm my nerves. Her grace & kindness meant everything to me that day. ⛲️
