I think it’s important to remember that the Xenomorph Queen skin is non-canon to the lore. In that case, the lone Xenomorph Drone from Alien is much easier to manipulate. When a lone drone is born without a queen, it instinctively focuses on setting up a reproductive chain. The Entity could very well hijack its hormone responses, so the drone feels like “sacrificing” is equivalent to “breeding.” Xenomorphs are like ants. They read the pheromones in the air and act accordingly. The Entity could play the part of the Queen for the lone Xeno drone.

Yeah, if I remember correctly, he was a survivor and managed to get through the Trials relatively well and I think even helped the Survivors with some of his experimental serums. When the Entity was done with him, it cast Talbot into the Void, but he refused to surrender. There, he managed to find more Pustula flowers during the Entity's yearly self-cleansing and somehow made himself a serum that gave him a temporary boost in power that allowed him to escape the Void. By this point, Talbot was obsessed with his own research and the serums he was producing. Impressed by his ingenuinity and seeing an opportunity, the Entity offers Talbot more Pustula flowers provided he do as the Entity desires, which is hunt Survivors in the Trials, and so he does in return for more of that strange, orange nectar that comes from the Entity.

The fact that the Unknown actually resisted when getting taken by The Fog and its mysterious origin definitely suggests that this is likely the most powerful killer (lore wise) in the game. Yeah, we don’t know much about what it is or how truly powerful it is, but the fact that this thing terrorized a whole town and resulting in people coming up with a wide range of theories to what it could be shows that this thing is no joke. Like this is basically what The Entity would probably do if it wasn’t able to create its realms and trials.

Time to come in for Sadako again: Yoichis lore directly contradicts her being saved from the well, with his parents being killed by Sadako even after Sadako has been taken. So this ain't really a theory. To give an explaination to the entire timeline: Sadako entering the realm happens right after she created the tape according to her lore, so right before the first movie starts. Yoichis lore states however, that the curse claimed both his parents lifes. Yoichis father dies in the first and his mother in the second movie. We also know from the movies, that Sadako is able to be at multiple places the same time, if she needs to, since we have some of her kills happening at the same time. Meaning that she's in both her world and the entities realm at the same time. This whole thing above is like i said not really a theory, it's just what her lore in combination with Yoichis lore implies (her not being in the well being directly contradicted). The big question would be more about why she even went into the fog, but i ain't really a guy for theories, even tho it looks like it, because i started the whole "she still is in the well" thing. Also, idk where the "she's not aware that she's still in the well" thing came from. If the movie still happens, that would mean that she conciously manipulated Yoichis parents into finding her body in the well. And she kinda has to know that she's in the well to show people that she's in the well.

In her lore it states that the Huntress practiced hunting on her own, after her mother was killed on a hunting trip with the Huntress when she was a kid, starting first with small game, then big game, then when WW2 started the Huntress started hunting humans. My theory is that the Entity convinced The Huntress to join the realm with the offer of endless prey to help perfect her hunting skills.

Years ago before they started explicitly stating that characters were drawn in while alive, I was convinced that every character had died at some point so everyone in the game was experiencing a horrific Limbo. But that's debunked by this point I feel. But there are a striking amount of characters who fall to the fog who were deceased or close to it, such as Bill and Jane Romero's car having been found crashed in that lake.

Does anyone think Olivia will be taking into the entity’s realm in a similar way that Mikaela was? As she knows about the Entity in someway now and usually the entity doesn’t like that.

In the end of the Unknown's lore, Olivia is tempted to follow the being into the fog, but it's unclear whether she does so. Perhaps she just walks in, who knows. The fog was still there, as if inviting her.

I'm not sure that The Unknown was fighting the Entity taking it because it didn't want to be in the realm. It was fighting so it could kill Olivia, because its whole thing is that it seems to have an insatiable need to kill whoever tries to imagine its appearance, like Olivia did. So I imagine The Unknown was trying to fight the Entity for long enough so it could kill Olivia. But the Entity took it before it could, likely because that was the only time it would've been possible to do so. That's my theory anyways.

Additionally, since Ultra Rares count as well: -The Minotaur was manifested from the survivors' knowledge of Greek myth by the Fog. -The Armored Titan was taken from his final fight with the Devils of Paradis in season 3. -The War Hammer Titan was taken from its fight with Eren in season 4, presumably during his initial beatdown. -The Wandering Cat was accidentally created in the Fog after a cat ate a Blighted rat. -Krampus, Baba Yaga, Charon, the Jabberwock, the Unwanted Toy, and Eddie are all unknowns. Also, Tiffany was taken from the first half of Bride of Chucky, as she has the look she had in that movie, but doesn't have the wedding ring she wears in the second half.

When it comes to the cenobite, i have to say you have it backwards. it's implied by what little lore we have the entity didn't take the box leviathan the cenobites God placed it there as it and the cenobites are drawn to places of great pain and pleasure. The trial grounds are like an all you can eat pleasure and pain buffet to them so it's inevitable theyd cross paths eventually. Remember, despite being evil beings, they are clear beings of order and status. They have to follow the law of leviathan, as such, the box has rules and protections against outside meddling at all times. Im guessing at least from my knowledge of both hellraiser and dbd, Leviathan had sensed what the entity had been doing and placed a lament configuration in the trials waiting for someone foolish to come calling opening the door.

For the Demogorgon, it's most likely that it broke into the realm uninvited as it serves a power on a similar level to the Entity. Poaching it's victims for it's own master. It's as likely as any other theory.
