Do you think this is a good idea? At 17 draft Brian Thomas Jr Trade next years 1st round and a 2nd round this year to move up to number 25, draft Nate Wiggins or the next best corner And then whatever is best for the rest of the picks (I didn’t look too far just was thinking of our biggest needs)

My outlook is with being in top 5 for cap space I say we go for a corner in free agency xavian Howard is out there still. If we do then we go AD Mitchell at 17 and go for interior lineman in the 2nd RD offense or defense doesn’t matter preference is Oline tho. But if we go CB at 17 then we go WR rd2. Hopefully AD Mitchell is still there, I just think he fits us perfectly.

I think the Jags are set on Savage playing nickel. Hes been playing safety in the nfl but i think he was a slot corner in college which got him drafted. Darby is an outside corner but he probably will be injured b4 seasons end..

They already said that Savage is the starting nickel going into camp. Johnson will take over the role from Jenkins as the strong safety.

Not that I’d do that.. IMO go all out rd 1, balkey sucks after rd 1 anyway, trade up for Rome, but keep the 2nd for a corner, possibly even try to get back into late first if kool aid is there

I kinda disagree. We have invested so much rn in the WR position. We need to get a corner. I say get koolaid. Before the texans colts or tits trade up for him. Why would i want the 4th or 5th WR off the board when we can get arguably the #1 CB in the draft. Ran 4.4 with Jones fracture. Also that wont cause long term comp like a ligamentous injury
