Andrew, what I gleaned from your recording is entirely new to me. I'm deeply appreciative for the insight you've shared. Thank you immensely.

I watched the video because I was interested in your ideas of breaking down a job description (which was helpful) but I think the most value came from how you articulated and gave a good example of your Frankenstein-ed storytelling. This way of storytelling takes it from "this is what she did" to "this is what she would be like if we hired her". Great video packed with great content!

James, you nailed it! If I would have title the video how to frankenstein your way to a job offer no one would watch it! LOLOLO!!

This is such valuable info. I’ve finally figured out to to frame my story. A lot of times, I don’t seem to get the job bc i “left the industry” but I’ve found a way to connect the dots and show how my skills and experience in other industries also align! Just need to tighten my close. Thank you!!

OMG, Coach Andy comes thru again!! This is the perfect video/tutorial for where I am at (and where I am falling short) in my interview storytelling. As I'm watching this, I'm thinking of my last few interviews and seeing EXACTLY what I need to clean up to ensure that I can paint myself into the interviewer's future using a single, past experience, story! Thank you so much Andy... You're the best!!! See you in the mini-bootcamp!

Wow......I'd have got through the interview stage in a lot of the jobs I've recently applied for, if I had found Andrew LaCivita earlier!

I enjoy your videos and find them so helpful. I have been on a ton of interviews lately and I get asked the most ridiculous questions, but I feel more prepared bc of your videos. I had an interview this past Friday at 3PM and they kept looking at their watches, which made me abbreviate my answers, it just seemed like they were on weekend time already. It seemed rude to me. Maybe don't schedule interviews at 3 on Friday.

Kristin! SO glad the vids are helping. Sorry to hear about the interview, but sometimes Fridays are great and other times it can be a miss. Hang in there!

You had mentioned a few weeks ago the concept of using one primary story at the interview. I didn't fully understand this, or how to make it work. Thank you very much for expanding on this, and absolutely love the idea of the Frankenstein-ed story telling!

Andy: whose a writer in here? Me: shoots hand up Hermoine Granger style I knew I liked you, Andy! Fellow author here. Although I find the hardest story to tell is my own because of confidence issues lol but pretending I'm a character might help this video gave me lots of ideas!
