It's weird to hear of your journey after the TFA and the trashed Jedi...I was 16yrs old when I first saw Star Wars back in 1977...I lived in Buenos Aires Argentina, we did not speak any English and yet my friend and I sat in the theatre in amazement... we had to go several times...we had to read the subtitles to fully understand...but it was incredible all the same... So when it came to the Force Awakens I was also so pumped (my son and two daughters came with me, 3 younger brothers-in-law and their children plus several friends with their children... we were a crowd)... And right after the movie ended we came out of the theatre in silence...no one liked it, I did not understand... the trailers were so good! I still feel that the trailers that came before the released of TFA were the best thing that has come out from the Disney era...the only good thing...but nothing prepared me for the trashed Jedi...I have never hated a movie and it's director so much! Now, just like the war doctor in Doctor Who all I say is...no more, no more! For the last 40 years I have lived in Australia and I'm greatfull to be bilingual so I can hear and understand you all...so know this...you are not alone on this journey... there is a world outside the USA who also hates what KK, JJ, Disney and that Johnson has done to Star Wars... most of us (non born english speakers) can only vote with our wallets but... voted we have...So thank you! You are the spark that started the fire that is consuming Disney and Lucasfilm... You are the ones that are keeping the dream alive!

Thank you all for your obvious passion for Star Wars. I am one of the lucky fans that saw the Original Trilogy during their original runs in 77-83. I also loved the Prequels. When Disney announced they had purchased Star Wars I had just recently suffered two strokes. Needless to say that when The Force Awakens arrived a couple of years later, I was disappointed to find nothing more than a greatest hits album with a handful of a new (forgettable) tracks. I loved Rogue One, but The Last Jedi was honestly a slap in the face for me as a Star Wars fan. Star Wars has helped with my depression and all the things the strokes left me to deal with. What upsets me is that Disney doesn't seem to care about what made Star Wars great. Again, thank you all for your passion and I am a black male by the way.

My anger began when Lucas sold the franchise and Disney scrapped away the EU AND Georges plans/outline for the sequel trilogy; also when i discovered that "Prequel hating" had a lot to do with him selling it in the first place ... Then my anger was kindled when TFA came out with something truly inferior. But i kept my hopes up; star Wars was special to me and i wanted to share it with my father, who took me to all the star wars movies and i wanted to keep that going. Then TLJ came out... My father took me to see 6 fantastic star wars films (the OT was re-released in the 90s) and how do i repay him? Taking him to this bullshit... I'm a Barber, and every Star wars fan that came to the shop were OT purists, who hated the PT but still loved the "ST". I felt alone on this hunk of rock, floating in a void. So i googled and youtubed, reaching out to try and find people who shared my opinion, at least somewhat: i found "Mauler" and "geeks and gamers"...

We all know in our hearts what led Lucas to sell Star Wars to Disney, don't we! I saw the sadness in his eyes when he made that announcement back in 2012. Why should I give them my money if they cannot respect the storytelling that would excite the fans? So, just like a lot of people, I am done with Star Wars. And, for the record, I am not a white male. I am a black woman “of a certain age” (retired), and just as much of a fan as you guys are, and agree with everything you are saying. The disrespect that the people at Disney are showing for the very people who give them money for their own paychecks is absolutely unconscionable. One thing that they forget is that people who spend money for their products are using discretionary income. Unlike big government where taxes are extracted out of you, people can decide whether or not they’re going to spend money on Disney. I have decided not to spend money on Disney. If millions of people decided to do the same thing, maybe then they would begin to listen. I could go on…

This is awesome. I’m so glad your channel(s) have stood up to big industry for fans that hated the direction of Disney. What they are doing is what I call ‘social psychopathy’. Why they’ve bullied the fans without apology, gaslighted the fans by making us whiney, culturally hateful, and sexist, lastly, flying monkied by shills, and those who support the perpetrator’s viewpoint. Good for y’all! Disney is now feeling the pain you all predicted.

Hay Jersmy, The High Council needs you on it. EVS WCBS & G+G work so well together and the new line up just sucks for me and less entertaining! Maybe if it was more of a controlled show time with format you could make the time for it. 🤞 The Fandom Menace UK 🇬🇧

Why did RJ and KK think putting an agenda over story be a good idea? Plus it's just a bad story, bad writing and when you have Mark Hamill disagreeing on mostly what you've done to his character, you know you've got a problem.

hey guys, shout out from down under! I dont have kids, but I do have a niece that I exposed to Star Wars when she was young and she is a mega fan like me. We loved the Clone Wars tv show and thought Rebels was ok, too. Thanks to Uncle George being at the wheel, and Dave Filoni understanding Star Wars and its fans. We both smelled a rat but were open to Episode 7, when it arrived. As far as we were concerned, the story of the Skywalkers had been fulfilled and we were content. We too, were disgusted at Luke's treatment and the rest of the Legacy characters, that have been destroyed, by Rian Johnson and JJ Abrams. The sequel trilogy is abhorrent to us. It is not Star Wars. It is not necessary. When we think of Star Wars, we think of hope, sacrifice, redemption, family, forgiveness, understanding and great characters that matter. Australia isn't as 'woke' as the US yet, thank fuck. We still call 'shit' shit! I want to address this SJW nonsense too. Princess Leia. Strong female lead. Shouldn't have to mention that she is female, because she is a character, in a film, that we can all identify with and be proud of and root for. I could go on but won't. That my niece and I are considered to be a racist, mysognist, sexist, etcetera because we were appauled by the unnecessary sequels and the equally poorly developed storylines, treatment of Legacy characters and just disgusting treatment of our thoughts on the subject, astounds us both. I will see this final installment, in cinemas, in December. With my niece. But only because we need to know how much Disney hates us as fans. Rant over. lol

I want to also say that I watched the OT in theatres here in Australia and the Prequel trilogy, here in Australia, in theatres. I loved Rogue One, aswell. Proof, atleast in my mind, that Disney can do Star Wars justice, if they want to.

Now, just like the war doctor in Doctor Who all I say is...no more...no more! For the last 40 years I have lived in Australia and I'm greatfull to be bilingual so I can hear and understand you all...so know this...you are not alone on this journey... there is a whole world outside the USA who also hates what KK, JJ, Disney and that Johnson has done to Star Wars... most of us (non born english speakers) can only vote with our wallets but... voted we have...So thank you! You are the spark that started the fire that is consuming Disney and Lucasfilm... You are the ones that are keeping the dream alive!

@gorgoroth1919 i can't speak for everybody else... What the fuck is your story?

@gorgoroth1919 oh nice shot, i really felt that, tactfully well done: right in the fellas... I meant, what brought you here to "geeks and gamers"? Please, share your Story. I'm sure it's better and more Noble than mine.
