@@1of1fr yea i pretty much agree that’s my 2 key reason as well. but I think it’s partially on the coach. Cuz CJ isn’t some low iq Westbrick chucker if Willie would’ve drawn up some more good ideas for open shots or said “it’s the BI show” CJ prolly would’ve complied. And with JV him getting broke down was predictable cuz there were stretches where he was playing at full steam, I mean he had a 25 board game. But coach Willie didn’t give him or Larry Nance enough of a breather. You got Jaxson Hayes. Hell you got Willie Hernangomez who is the bench big but the Suns got Bizmack Biyombo on the court in 2 games that they won and we never got Hernangomez on the court a single time. Booker and ChokeP3 needed to be humbled. After going up 2-0 they both were doing their interview post game and the reporter asked about guarding Luka and they both looked at each other with a look of disgust because the reporter had the audacity to ask about a different player. After that was when it went down hill for them both. Booker is hilarious to call out Luka for flopping when you can't even touch Booker without him screaming and throwing his head back like he got hit with a baseball bat 100% of the time. That was the most ridiculous shit I've ever seen. Booker and Paul both do that 100% of the time especially when coming off a screen, they don't even try to go around the defender they literally run right into him and scream and flop that is Oscar worthy performances every time. I'm so glad Luka humbled their ass.

I don't think it's unfair to say that together Kyrie and KD potentially have the deepest combined set of offensive skills when it comes to shot creation, isolation, shooting, finishing, drawing fouls, being damn near impossible to guard. The moniker "most skilled duo" on paper doesn't seem so bad. HOWEVER, when you fail to show up, are alternating injuries, outright refusing to play, destroying your depth to create that situation in the first place, and then driving teammates away, being the "Most Skilled Duo" doesn't mean fuck all. You have to earn titles like that, and this Nets team hasn't earned a damn thing.

@Concatenate2 жыл бұрын
This is one instance where I will defend Book. He was drafted as a soft player, everyone knew it. I'm okay with that on some level, I mean he's still one of the most pure shooters in the league. He's not Donovan Mitchell, he never will be. He is who he is, and again that's okay for what we need him to do. BUT, we need other guys who are bangers and not softies like Book. That's the problem. It's like the entire team is soft. If we had a Ben Wallace or someone who can bang with other guys then Book's softness wouldn't be so evident, lol.

Don’t talk if you don’t know what you’re talking about. Cp3 has an excellent resume and was in the mvp convo multiple times and should have won it one year. He’s a pass first PG though. He makes every team he goes to a contender. Westbrook sucks
@SweetSpot9092 жыл бұрын
the problem is the regular season is sorta like speed dating. You go from one date to the next and you only play a team once and the move onto the next team. The playoffs are like a deep 3 hour conversation over appetizers and drinks. It's a totally different game and what you can hide in the regular season gets exposed during the playoffs. CP3 and Booker are the leaders of that team and they got exposed by a far superior and younger talent. All it took to shut down the suns and humiliate them was a little game planning making them play fundamental basketball. Game 7 was literally worse than what the Harlem Globetrotters do to the Washington Generals.

Nah Booker should take over if he's good as he think he is. Of course this is CP3's fault too but the Mavs defense expose him by wearing him out. CP3 shouldn't be the 1st option of you want your team to win championship. The best role he will ever had was his role in 2018 Rockets
