I think this is a training section for supervisors how to inspect a guest room for arrival but I noticed that you start by bed then you come back to main door then moved to mini bar and other area of the room from my experience in house keeping the way we inspect the room is in a clockwise or anti clock wise that way make sure no area in the room will be missed thanks for sharing this training and wish you all the best wish to see new sections

Housekeeping is not a easy job.its phisically hard job.. nobody can't do 100% in housekeeping. I worked 4 years as a room attendant.so I know difficult it is. Now I am working as hk supervisor.. this is also very hard.. checking a room is not so easy.. because probably you will not get time to check all the rooms very deeply. As most of the time we will have more check out and back to back arrival. When we are not busy that time these kind of drama will be there..

The role of rm attendant is full of responsibility...you can terminate if you get a mistake...some supervisor or manager he dont care what will happen to the room attendant..that is the true...beacause im the one of rm attendant...

It is impossible to check the rooms like this for one day we are gating 40to 50 rooms back to back but we can do daily 4to5 rooms deep cleaning to wt the help of room boy

The number of rooms allocated to room attendant is key part here, nobody would like to reduce it instead increasing. Once in a blue moon ehk comes and checks gives follow ups is just a routine. Even he knows that if he handles the other end it can be more worst . But to save our own hot seat they have to pass the dirt from up to down.

Karadagatlakeerthi Keeru we must to inspect the room once a month with higher official orelse hk can't develop . And supervisor has to check randomly Per day. Maintain the room by schedule cleaning standard. Thanks for understanding.

Deep cleans should be done weekly, certain things on a rotation. It would take way too long to keep up w guests. Maybe get all detailed on slow days.
