To be honest I've found all it takes is a genuine interest in the job. Be polite, look them in the eye, assume nothing. Be yourself. If you can't get the job just by being yourself, then you don't want to have that job and have expectations of you which aren't true to who you are.

Ofcourse i really enjoy the lessons and her advices, I hope they will make me meet my desires and when i will be succesful i will let her know so as can give me more advices may her live long by god's blessing.

I usually already have the person tell me when they will hire and that they are taking more interviews and then they will make a decision. So then what do you say?

When they say they have more interviews, it is generally not a good sign. Most of the jobs I have gotten are where they are now sold on you, do not want anymore interviews. However, some have been where I was second choice, but the first person hired did not work out. So keep your spirits up, and you will get a job.

When you ask them, do you see me working here and what is my next step? Well. I don't think they will tell you the truth. I think they will just say yes we would love to have you work here, even if it isn't true, because won't people can't say no, and don't want to hert your feelings. They will just tell you we have other people to interview and then will make a decision.

Excellent interview closing tips. I had an interview about 2 weeks ago for a government job. I did ask some similar questions and pretty much hit a brick wall. "This is hard for me to answer. We just send in our recommendation and the people at the capitol make the final decision." What do I do in that case? How can I close this deal?
