Regarding the Rockets, and in general teams whose amount of talent doesn't change drastically, I believe that it mostly comes down to coaching and willingness to accept the new coaching philosophy. Big changes (either positive or negative) can come out from change of strategies, even if the amount of talent hasn't changed much. Things do not look very promising in the Rockets' camp - too much grumpiness and dissatisfaction. I wouldn't like to be in Silas' shoes. Your analysis here can be used to show how many people get too caught up in generalities. For example, those who complain about the game being just a three-point contest, all teams playing the same (five out usually), Luca being Harden 2.0 etc. All these takes have traces of truth, some more some less, but once you look into the details, you understand that they barely scratch the surface. There's a lot more going on, it's just not that apparent to most of us with untrained eyes. So, good job again!
