You feel full of love and joy to help and serve.. but later the neighbour complaints the oranges were sour... Would you still feel love and joy? Can you see how fragile and unreliable this love is? Just look at love between spouses/partners when they first met and after 10 or 20 years ..... Is love and peace a reliable track to get on to reach salvation/freedom? Can we transcend this dualistic system of short/long, love/hate, peace/chaos, birth/death??? And try Non dualistic path

The problem with that theory is that our feelings are based on our thoughts about things and situations. Everyone’s feelings will be different for each person based on their world view. If anything, the nature of your thoughts should help you determine who or what is communication to you. If it’s from the soul, it’s always a positive feeling. Ego dirived thoughts are usually negative.

Hi Hans - thank you. I'd like to add that for many people, thoughts are repetitive, egoic and are not a manifestation of the source's creativity (or "a message from our soul", as you put it 3:19 ). So for people who have not yet learned how to calm the mind and observe the body (usually through meditation), the part in this video that talks about the necessity of exploring thoughts might be difficult to put into practice, which can lead to frustration and suffering. Especially when thoughts are very destructive and overwhelming. Maybe you could add in the beginning that this is not for beginners who are struggling with an active mind and negative, repetitive thoughts.

There are some on the comments who believe the soul does not reside in the body... The soul is not by any means trapped in this body and yes it can go hetween realms if we are open to it especially during meditation and sleep but while we are in this human body...our soul is what keeps us alive or animating in this human form. Our soul leaves this body permanently in our physical death during our transition. Our soul is our direct connection to God. We are a soul in human form. In my out of body experiences, my soul does indeed lift out of my body and what a freeing experience it is to be back in my natural state when going to other realms and parallel dimensions. Unless you have experienced it, it may be hard to understand or believe.
