I was completely unaware of this manufacturer and of Soviet grand prix achievements, so thanks for this. Really interesting.

6:25 And what's so special about that? ALL grand Prix engines were built like that! The Gileras, MVs, Hondas and Guzzis 7:08 In other words: A straight copy of European/Japanese designs! Nothing "advanced" about it! 8:03 Front brake and front fork: Italian Ceriani! 8:36 You obviously don't know what you're talking about: the 3 cylinder MV 500 pushed out 83 hp @ 12,000 rpm - measured at the gearbox output, not at the crank! Crankshaft power approx. 95 hp! To summarize: a design that was more or less a copy of existing Western-European and Japanese designs, mainly based on the Czechoslovakian CZ, but never managing more than very mediocre results!

LOL! You should study more. 1950 &60 Ducati, Laverda, Honda and many others, were away ahead of this motorcycles. Just look for "how many GP races have an URRS motorcycle won?" Answer: NICLES BATATOIDES! Bunch of crap
@jerkojuric61373 ай бұрын
Ducati and Laverda did not had a single World GP win in these years... Others like Mondial (Italy), MuZ (GDR) and Tomos (Yugoslavia) had a a very good results in that era of GP. BTW, Ducati stole lead engineer from Mondial and that was a start of Ducati motorcycles... Same story with Suzuki steeling know-how from MuZ a few years later....
