Maybe if players didn't just stand around with their arms out in front of them crying expecting a foul anytime anyone farts in their general direction instead of keeping up with the live ball, then maybe they might have a chance against the Wolves. But no, all these crybabies babies still standing halfway down the court crying at the refs every 20 seconds while their team basically plays half the shot clock a man down every possession..You're not getting paid to flop like a limp noodle. The crying for fouls, the mental meltdowns, including the coach, on top of the losing two at home is shocking. It's certainly not the look of a champion. It's shocking at how easily they were broken down, and how fragile they are mentally; they became completely unhinged under pressure. Their quick and easy defeat of a weak Lakers team has set them up for failure; not ready for prime time.

You shouldn't be allowed to say that you really want to win unless you try hard on defense. T-Wolves walkin' that walk.
@jasonwatson3643Ай бұрын
They only avoided fouling because the NBA has decided they need ANT to replace LBJ as the face on the league so they have told the refs to let them play incredibly aggressive and physical defense and don’t call any fouls. They forgot to tell the refs that they have to let that play go on both ends of the court so it isn’t so obvious what is going on! 🤣🤣🤣

Nah. Denver even shot more free throws than the wolves. Wolves also commited 6 more personal fouls than the nuggets.
@2kolbe010Ай бұрын
Also, in the second half the wolves fouled more, so im not sure what this, “refs not calling fouls” shit is coming from.
@jasonwatson3643Ай бұрын
@@2kolbe010- Did you even watch the game or are you only looking at the box score?! The Wolves played incredibly aggressive defense in the first half, hacking and grabbing on nearly every play. The refs refused to call fouls on them for the entire first half. Only after they had a 30-point lead did the refs decide to actually care about the rules and started calling fouls. And guess what? When they were actually calling fouls reasonably consistently, the Nuggets went point for point with the Wolves.

Oh my hell the play that you showed open the video all three of those guys touched him in route to a lab what’s that called? Oh in the playoffs it’s OK because you want somebody to win they found the living shit out of the Nuggets. The disparity in fouls was once again, the NBA, deciding who’s going to win the game quite literally Jamal, Murray, Djokovic, and the entire team were probably fouled 75 times and there were no calls and don’t tell me I’m a sniveler it’s called. The rules of the game I don’t care who wins. I want a fair game called I did with my bad because I was betting for the Timberwolves, but that was that was ridiculously nasty.

@CamRiehlАй бұрын
I will say watching the games - the referees have allowed the Wolves more physicality than they have allowed the nuggets. There isn’t necessarily a discrepancy in the number of calls but the type of calls. They are calling basic hand checks on KCP while allowing Alexander Walker to ride Murray up the court with his body.
@2kolbe010Ай бұрын
If the contact isn’t initiated by alexander walker then the there is no foul. On a number of possessions there is contact with murray and alexander walker. Murray using his off hand or forearm to shield away and alexander walker using his body. The contact between the two would be void, because it’s coming from both sides. I can understand if its to the point where the wolves are initiating contact without any restraint. However, thats not the case. Take for example the naz reid block on jokic. Jokic is banging down low and is initiating contact first. Naz is initiating contact back. When the block occurs there is contact from naz but the ball is not in possession of either player. Jokic gets the rebound and tries to pit it back up but he looses control of the ball and the contact from naz on jokic is voided because of the forearm coontact from jokic is already happening. The officiating is not perfect but instead of the nuggets playing through contact they are trying to sell everything. You dont normally see them do this. Wolves came out aggressive and probably was refreshed on what negligible contact before the game.
