I'm a hindu by birth for the so called "Hinduism" . But there is a thing that you need to be more clear is The term " Hinduism " was not mentioned or used in the history like that means in now a days. The current hinduism includes several diverse categories of relegions (ex:- saivam, vainavam, saaktham,Gowmaram, Etc.) And there are proven literature evidences also there which confirms those, The word Hinduism is used in the history long ago by the foriegners to mention the great land of india , which at that days didn't have a Special unified name like the current india , so they've known about "Indo river Civilizations" so and so they mentioned the massive land next to the " indo Civilization" (with such a diverse number of cultures and emperors and small kings ) and named it as a single name Indians land which refers to "indo". and the several religions practiced overnthere are "Hinduism " ( which meant several numbers of religions and practices at that period after all these years Most the other categories are disappeared over the years ). I just wanted to inform that there is lot more perception and studies of our history is there to learn more and more for all of us including myself and I'm still seeking for that and i couldn't describe in more clear way bcoz there is a lots and lots of interconnected stuffs are there . I hope i just passed down some points which will trigger you to search and learn more and more about these .👍😊🤗

Ehh, not quite. Read up on the Sumerians again and their actual timetable. Hindu spirituality is a derivitive or copy of RA from the Kemetic peoples of Egypt (what originated ancient "Egyptian" faith). This world and its peoples are far older than what is presented. Even if the numbers are not very accurate yet they are very similar to what modern science tells us. Whats amazing is how our sages did calculations down to each unit and being so precise that's what is most impressive. That's the reason we did great stuff in maths and science and created great architecture with precision. Tells the level of intellectual capability our sages unlocked in those times. They were visionary. Sadly even most indians today don't study their work and dont appreciate them enough.

Mythology is a way of expressing the philosophy in a lighter way. This vedio etc is about mythology. It consists of many stories. Many are unbelievable. But philosophy is rational. In hindu philosophy there is only one reality called brahman or supreme being. All others are maaaya. Everything in this word is an expansion of the supreme being. Worshipping nature is a form of Animism. Arunachal Pradesh had many tribes who were animistic and they worshipped nature and the forest. However after 1962, Christian missionaries started converting them and now almost all districts are Christian majority except Tawang and right now they are fighting to keep their Tibetan Buddhist traditions alive as missionaries are trying to enter and convert them. They recently started building a Church illegally which was to be bigger than the Big Buddha Statue in Tawang but the locals stopped it. It is also based on the knowledge and wisdom of the sages and seers who go beyond time and space in deep meditation. There are other ways than physical exploration (courtsey:Nasa), and body and mind needs to be left behind for that exploration. There are yogis in Himalayas hidden from the world whose knowledge and wisdom will boggle you if you think knowing this is impossible.. keep an open mind and you will learn a lot more! And ofcourse the greatest knowledge is that we know nothing.. the universe is indeed incomprehensible and infinite. Hinduism lays great emphasis on the fact that the human mind cannot reach it.

Of course all of this is metaphor, but to connect two ideas that you mentioned: the exhalation of a Universe (as breath) coincided with the sound Aum (🕉). So, just like the Hebrew creation story, it was the emanation of vibrations ("And, Elohim said, 'Let light be,' and light was," into spacetime that kicked off matter-energy. Genesis also says, "And the breath of Elohim was brooding on the face of the waters." (Here, "waters" is a specific word that is unparalleled elsewhere and so does not have an exact translation. "Chaotic gases" is another valid translation which fits with our scientific understanding of the Big Bang.) In Hinduism Aum (or Om) is considered to be synonymous to the entirety of the Universe. Depending on the context under discussion these are "consciousness" and "that of which consciousness is aware" (or the "subject" and "object" of consciousness) or "being" & "power." Śiva is also described as "the vastness of space" and Śakti is also called Kālī, which is time (but with an emphasis on the entropic nature of time; aka the "time destroys all things"). So in this sense they are not just "existence" & "power," (as in, those ephemeral concepts which must precede the beginning of a Universe) but also "space" and "time." Hindu philosophy states that these two, though seemingly distinct, are in fact inseparable. Guys, these narrators often do not understand symbolism and narrate direct translations without the proper meaning. Let us not get carried over. The creation was caused by Shakti who woke up Shiva (Rudra : Roarer) who roared and spit out galaxies and supernova. This Shiva or Rudra (Ru + Dra) is the unmanifest form. In manifest form, Shiva is still beyond time and space as we understand [that is why it the asleep while Kali (derived from Kaala or time as we know) is standing, but stops as soon as she touches Shiva]. Vishnu is the manifest form that maintains Maya. Brahma, who came into being from Vishnu , is the dreamer. This creation is the dream of Brahma. That is why we see Shiva Lingam (Lin + gamayati = symbol) which has Brahma and Vishnu, but the main structure is pill shaped (ellipsoid) universe emerging , surrounded by shakti (energy). This is to share my understanding of Advaita Vedanta as a scientist. Concept of creator god as a personality comes with a lot of baggage. Assumption of a creator God as a personality separate from the creation poses difficulty in explanation of evils. So, some religious belief systems had to invent another character called the Satan to explain evil. But philosophically, this directly contradicts the assumption that the creator God-personality is all powerful and all knowing. An omniscient God-personality will know even before the creation of Satan about what is going to happen and what the Satan will choose to think and behave. So, either the God-personality is not all knowing and Satan challenged the might of not-so-omniscient God or, the Satan and evil is by design of the omniscient God-personality. In both possibilities, there are problems. If God-personality is not omniscient, it is difficult to consider that personality as the creator. And if Satan and evil is by design of the omniscient God-personality, then it does not answer the question, why. Also, one really can not explain birth defects, genetic defects, world of suffering, prey-predator relationship or child deaths if one imagines a creator god as a personality.One may answer "how" from scientific standpoint, but not "why". On the other hand, let us consider quantum physics. Quanta are nothing but miniscule vortices (singular : vortex) of energy that act as units. So, a photon (which follows Bose statistics and hence a Boson) is a quantum. So are quarks. Different quarks combine in different proportions to give rise to electrons, protons, neutrons etc. Electrons, protons and neutrons form atoms which in turn combine to form molecules. Molecules combine to form proteins, lipids, carbohydrates, water, nucleic acids etc. So, basically, our bodies and all we see around us are nothing but different systematic aggregations of miniscule vortices of energy. But why things are solid or liquid or colorful if they are just aggregations of vortices of energy? The most plausible explanation is that our collective consciousness flips them to the appearance as we see and feel them. Thus, all of our individual consciousnesses (Atman) work the same way. But not our minds. Thus, consciousness is beyond mind. That is our real "self". Rest are just appearances. Neurobiology also confirms that brain function alone can not explain consciousness. It is postulated that the brain is the conduit of consciousness while brain function is our mind and thoughts that may cross-talk with our consciousness. This consciousness is different from the “consciousness” of medical terminology. Medical consciousness is equivalent to “wakefulness”. One facet of the consciousness that Advaita Vedanta talks about is pure intelligence that is beyond intellect and is independent of memory and data. Researches on near-death experiences also indicate toward this. Advaita Vedanta or philosophy of non-duality calls this appearance as "Maya" while a school of Buddhism calls it "Kalpana". Now the question is, wherefrom these quanta or vortices of energy arise? Physics says they are indestructible and exist as such. But, then again, if we consider that, it is difficult for us to propose an unified field or explain some physical phenomena. For example, when an electron (which is a Fermion) comes down from a high-energy state (vibration at higher frequency) to a low-energy state (vibration at lower frequency), a photon (which is a Boson) is generated. But how can a boson be generated out of a fermion? It seems that the photon is generated out of nowhere and out of nothing. Again, the most plausible explanation is that our collective consciousness forms the photon. Advaita Vedanta postulates that our individual consciousness (Atman) is generated from the great-link or the super-consciousness (Brahman). This Brahman formed this material world, which is actually "appearance" or "Maya". Thus, this super-consciousness acts as the unified field that not only forms that Boson when the Fermion changes state but forms all energies and matter. Into this unified field all our questions, be it “how” of a scientist or “why” of a philosopher, merge and disappear. One may or may-not consider Brahman as divine. Since this super-consciousness by definition is infinite possibilities, this material world is just one such a possibility and to maintain the existence of this material world, the "Maya" is necessary. Thus, "Maya" or appearance (true but not-true) is a property of this material possibility in space-time dimension. For example, in our life-time, we replace and recycle all our molecules with which we started our life, but we remain the same individual. This is also a part of “Maya”.All information we gather about our surroundings are through our sense organs or machines that are extensions of our sense organs. What we see, smell, feel, hear or taste are just interpretations of sensory stimuli by our central nervous system. So, basically, what we perceive are just our interpretations and may not be the true nature of our surroundings or this universe per se. This is also “Maya”. This “Maya” causes ignorance that not only helps to maintain this physical existence, but also this ignorance is at the root of all evil. Thus, evil and good are only the properties of our physical existence and are irrelevant outside this physical existence / manifest form of Brahman. Once we are able to identify our consciousness with the Brahman, this “Maya” is removed. And since the super-conscious / Great-link/ Brahman manifests itself as the material universe as one of the possibilities, this universe may also be conscious.Several scientists have also started talking about this. They call it “panpsychism”. This is same as what Advaita calls “Brahman”. The concept of “Brahman” is much broader than “panpsychism”.Are changes in geological eras and epochs conscious? Maybe. Is our evolution and evolution of all life forms conscious? Maybe. The famous double-slit experiment shows us that when we try to understand the nature of this physical world at the miniscule level by breaking up the matter to the smallest possible units, this physical world appears to be built by very “unreal particles”. At the smallest level, this physical world reveals that it is not what we think it to be when we see in the macro-level. Moreover, this experiment also shows that our consciousness flips this “unreal building blocks” to behave as real matter that we know of in the macro-level. I hope this helps.

Hinduism is only a term given collectively to all religions that originated in india, in true fact they are all extension of one another, and should be respected as such. While this video is factful, it does neglect the teaching of lord shiva in relation to the cosmos, which is linked back to the invisible universe that Rick mentioned. While there have been interactions between the 3 lords over there years, more recently they seem to be compared subtlety and ranked, instead of focusing on they individual and collective wisdom. Also collectively hidusim should rather be seen as our ancient humans scientific logs made by various known and unknown scientists from India that should be studied by modern scientists, acknowledged, credited and used in modern scientific research. An example, everybody knows about Yoga these days, however the original founder and practitioner was Lord Shiva or Aadi Yogi. So his teachings has helped both mental and physical wellbeing of so many around the world these days. This is also a medical scientific study of ancient time. Elements of Hinduism are used in Sci Fi films like Stars Wars, the light and dark side and that all beings are connected. We are in many ways rediscovering old scientific findings, but more importantly also building the technology now to match, or maybe we have lost out to our ancient folks in that regard as well!

Aryabhatta was a Hindu thinker who believed in the concept of a negative number. He believed that there is a negative number that exists at the beginning of every quantum system, and he named this number Zero."
