There is something to be said about standing there doing the same repetitive task over and over for hours then being expected to work overtime. Don't blame your turnover on COVID. If your workforce has to rely on overtime to pay the bills you aren't going to have a great time, plus with a 6-month turnaround for training, this can be considered skilled labor.

I’ve mentally designed a very nice, combat capable, CBRN suit The basic idea is its printed in multicam, has a helmet embedded in the head, and a pressed on, vaguely trust worthy nvg mount, and is designed to be wrapped in a big Waist to thigh rig with a vest and an embedded back bulge for air that leaves enough space to place packs and flimsy bags Obviously it’s not meant to take a hit, but it’s perfectly designed to shoot from while meeting safety standards Pretty neat concept if you ask me
