you don’t have to surrender everything all at once! start with repentance! He knew you would fall back into the world, but He also knew that you would hunger for Him again before any of it happened. He loves you and has not forgotten you! Go to Him sincerely and ask for forgiveness. Talk to Him about WHY you miss Him! ♥️ you can start as simply as praying for 10 minutes right when you wake up, or at a certain point in the day. Go slowly, you don’t have to rush all in right away. Ask for His holy Spirit to take you by your hand and walk with you. The word says ‘draw near to God and He will draw near to you” that’s a promise 💕 don’t be discouraged and don’t be so hard on yourself, again, He loves you and knew you would come back! 😊 love you!! praying for you!

The next time you fall back to the world whether you realized it happening or not, you run to Jesus to talk to Him. While it is good to thank Him, pray for others and do your daily devotions. It is also good to talk to Him about how you feel. He is your therapist, your friend, your family. Don’t run away because you feel guilty. He knew you’d fall into temptation but he already forgave you because this journey is not easy. He misses you. He loves you. He feels everything you feel. ❤️ go to him and talk about your feelings apologize and repent. Pray that He’ll help you through this difficult time. Don’t be discouraged, you are one choice away.

I thoroughly enjoyed this podcast so far! Just to add some clarification for those listening: Catholics read the Bible, even if indirectly, through going to Mass. Each Mass we have a reading from the Old Testament, Psalms, and New Testament. If a Catholic goes to church every Sunday for 3 years straight, they will go through the entire Bible. So, just because one person did not feel immersed in the word is not a proper representation.

Scripture ~ John 15:7,NASB "IF YOU ABIDE IN ME, AND MY WORDS ABIDE IN YOU, ASK WHATEVER YOU WISH, AND IT WILL BE DONE FOR YOU." Christ's abiding in us is dependent on our abiding in Him. This mutual fellowship and intimate communion is conditional upon each one of us dying to self and living for Him alone.. And when we are enabled to abide in Him and He in us we will ask whatever we wish and it will be done - because our heart will reflect the heart of Christ.. our choices will reflect the will of God and our prayers will pray into the very issues that are closest to the heart of the Lord Himself.. as in His power and might we abide in Him and He in us - to His praise and glory. Prayer Heavenly Father, thank You that I have been saved by grace through faith in Christ.. but I realise that my thoughts need to be aligned to Your thoughts... my heart needs to be reflecting Your heart.. my mind needs to become the very mind of Christ.. so that my prayers can say with honesty and faith.. Thy will not mine be done, as I pray into Your will.. so that whatsoever I ask may be done to honour You. Thank You in Jesus name, AMEN.🙏 GOD BLESS...
