Hi Sadie, I wanted to say this was a podcast, I didn't think that I needed it, but I think God wanted me to see it, because I saw that Jackie would be on the podcast too, so thank you both. Is podcasting hard & can anyone do it? How long does one need to fast, if you want to be closer to God (can one fast if you have health/medical condition (s)?

I don't fast from social media. I just don't go on it at all. Maybe once or twice a year I might go on Facebook or something but I'm not interested in meditating on the lives of other people. I need to meditate on the truth of the word of God, sweeter than honey to my mouth 🥰

45:18 “But when you’re walking with the Lord, even though you don’t know what your future holds you can be confident in the next step because He is lighting your path” that hit so hard right there… Almost slapped me in the face lol, I never thought about it that way!
@NameiEnnie10 ай бұрын
Reminds me of something that really knocked my soaks off some years ago. Proverbs 31:25: "she laughs with no fear of the future" I was like what kinda a woman is this. I was astonished troubled me for days then I was making tea. I still remember that Small Still Voice just said "because she knows who holds the future". All this time I thought I could never be her. Being such a woman is unobtainable. And when He answered me I knew it's not her. I don't need to be strong and Great. God is and because He is, I am. Like Paul said" I am that I am by God's grace" Just gotta lean on Him! And this is so significant rn in my life(was literally crying this afternoon)to be reminded God answers me.Cause I've been doubting that🤦🏾♀️and secondly was worried bout my future. I do not need to worry God is sooo Good😭🙌

I love seeing these beautiful, godly women share their hearts and minds. It’s such a safe space to come and receive wisdom and God’s truth in applicable ways. Thank you for your authentic and God-honoring hearts, and for being such good, modest, examples for myself and even younger women when our world can be so defeating when we don’t seem to measure up to the world’s standards. Your natural and pure beauty runs deep, flowing even from your Spirit that exudes Christ.

Man. I need to lay off from watching hollywood teen college movies because wow. First time exposed to Sadie Robertson and her channel and I immediately associated her with those teen white girl cheerleaders because of the way she speaks. That "stereotype" perpetuates the narrative that they are not quite smart nor intelligent, so I kinda mentally painted her with that same brush... only to be pleasantly surprised by the rich content oozing out of her mouth/heart. Goes to show that never book a judge by its cover. Great episode, really impactful, insightful stuff 👌. Keep building the Kingdom of God, trust me, we need you to.

This was really good. I do however, suggest placing the commercial breaks at the beginning, end, or some type of transition in the podcast because for those of us with divergent minds, it can be quite the distraction to come back to a msg that was abruptly interrupted. Each commercial break came after you posed a question to Jackie & I found my mind wandering. So much so that I would have to rewind to refocus. So, perhaps placing the break after a question has been fully answered rather than right after you pose the question, might be less distracting, if you must place them in the middle of the podcast. Or like even an intermission where you have a 1/2 time break where the commercials are placed, idk, just a thought.

So I am right at the beginning of this podcast and have really been wrestling with some relational issues these past few months. A LOT of wrestling of what God is doing in a particular situation with someone I love very much. In this time period God has consistently shown up through Sadie and Jackie’s content, and seeing a video on this PARTICULAR topic, especially knowing Sadie, and Jackie, and Preston’s stories really makes me feel like God may be having something to say in this particular video😂

This is my first time really listening to a whole podcast of your’s, really taking it in, and I think it’s safe to say I’ll probably be back again! - My take aways are… One, to begin prayer and fasting as I’m in a place of big decisions for my life. Two, believing God is good because He said so and He doesn’t lie. Third, the importance of the character of your partner and also, don’t wait around for a BOY who isn’t being a man and putting a ring on it/being intentional. 😂
