I will edit with an update when I find more information, but when summoning was released in RS2, the quest Wolf Whistle was required to train summoning, however, this quest left you with lvl 3 summoning. I wonder if anyone knows of a lvl 2 summoning account out there.

On RS3, you get level 10 hitpoints (constitution) level, but its visually multiplied by 100 in your hp bar and the damage you take/recieve.

You still start with level 10 hp in rs3. The damage and hp numbers are just in the thousands instead of 10s. Lvl 10 HP is 10 HP, and 10 constitution is 1000 HP. Hitting a 10 is the same as hitting a 1000 in Rs3. A 75 is a 7500, etc.

When I played in the early 2000s and Rs2 came out (now called osrs), you had the option of playing the game before it came out, but your stats would be wiped and reset with your stats from RSC once released. However you able to transfer or keep some of your items, so stakers would get the map piece that required telekinetic grab from the quest and transfer it over to their RSC accounts that had level 1 magic... Because of this ultimately Stakers with level 1 magic were able to wear rune plate giving them a huge leg up on defense while appearing to be inpure. the name "plate pure" was given.

6:25 just to clarify, it was only a small window of time in the early years of runescape classic when character creation allowed you to chose a class. The "skiller" class that started you out with a pickaxe and some random ores had level 3 mining and only the 1k XP in hitpoints. After the starting class's were removed, all accounts started with 10 HP.

All accounts had 1000hp xp in classic, not just the skiller class or before or after the class update does not matter. 1000 xp was the treshold for 10hp, and in rs2/rs3 the treshold for 10hp is 1154. When rs2 came out your exact xp was transferred to the new game and not your levels, so according to the experience table your hp would be only be 9 in rs2 as you did not have enough xp for level 10.

Rs3 has an area called menaphos which randomly spawns scarabs around town for about 6 minutes. You can squish those scarabs for slayer xp. 9hp is a clanmate (I'm a lvl3 skiller as well in level iiis clan with him) hes actually a really chill nice guy with lots of rs knowledge. I'm at 90 slayer still got a ways to catch up haha. Also his stats are lies, hes maxed

Actually I think the 9hp account came from the characteristic of the account you made in the early version of classic. Where you choose either warrior wizard or miner. And if you chose the miner characteristic it gave you 9hp instead of 10.

not quite! I have a 9hp account... it was actually caused by the rsc hitpoints xp being 1000 for level 10. This was changed when rs2 came out to 1154 (to match the other skills) therefore, those who did not train had 9hp.

Why would jamflex reset rsc stats to 1 for botting, and then ban you as well lol. It's probably because you could appeal bans, at least in the first few years of rs2 you could. Then they did rollbacks on the botted stat, so if you botted woodcutting, they would reset that to level 1. After that it was straight perma bans

You missed out on some very vital details about the 1hp accounts, back in RunescapeClassic if you had 1hp you couldn't kill anything before it kills you first effectively rendering your account useless as it could not be leveled up that is the reason behind jagex reseting them to 1.
