very similar to my story.. love this channel, i had no idea there was a fence community like this. this was my 20th season installing and i just recently started pulling all the triggers to start my own fence company.

We have been full time in business for 3 years a now . I really really really don’t want to get any bigger than we are . However the demand for our services is overwhelming in Memphis , iam booked into November as of today and it’s April . We are among the highest priced in the area but the word of mouth has people wanting us to do their fence and they are happy to wait . Im training 2 guys now to hopefully next year make then team leaders .. thankful we are busy but I wasn’t expecting it to be this busy. Love it! That being said, even though you feel your the highest priced in the area, being 8 months out is a pretty clear signal from the market that your price is still lower than your perceived value.

@@JoeEverest I agree. I just dont want to price gouge / take advantage of people either . We are already In The highest price of anyone I know
